My rating at this point will be 0 based on my experience. My transaction was sent on 31st of March this year and a 10 minutes service is yet to be completed. I have contacted Samsky Pay almost everyday ever since but yet, no result. The money sent was meant for the vulnerable and sick. It was intended to support those who have very little but so far they have been denied that. I would like to know that they have a conscience and would not ripoff old people off. Words cannot express the inconveniences this has caused in the lives of those affected. I would not recommend this service to anyone. I will return to this platform to give an update when the money is paid to give final duration of the time taken to resolve the issue.

I have sent money for more than two week and the receiver has not received the money. Customer service feels I'm not patient enough. It's time to report this business to the police

It's been over three weeks I sent out money, the beneficiary is yet to receive the money. Their customer service agents are very rude and unprofessional. They keep telling me they are investigating the issue for over three weeks now. They don't even pick their phone, what a shame. They should refund people their hard earned money and shut down if they are not ready for business. SCAM

My transaction hasn’t gotten to my beneficiary account for over 7 weeks now, and I kept getting the same repeated messages “ Our team is working on it” . I don’t want to believe this is a fraudulent act. This company is not to be trusted, bad and unhelpful customer service... Can Samsky Pay tell me what happened to my 500 pounds?

Please guys don't do any payment transactions with this company called samsky pay scam I made twices payment transactions with them since 10th of march since then my money wasn't credited to my beneficiary account,they keep disappointed saying they are doing investigate for money he was not even delivered & you can even call customer service they refused to pick up the phone also comment on their Instagram ig they know block me off ,please don't let them scam you 😉 🙄
