I had a very specific request, so I contacted them on a weekend to clarify what I should be ordering, and if they shipped to the UK. They replied on a Sunday! Outstanding! So, I placed my order and sort of expected a couple of weeks before I expected any delivery information. I was pleasantly surprised to get a ‘order in progress’ email within 24 hours, and then a shipping notice including UPS tracking by the end of the same day. Thank you team - it’s comms like this that really make a difference. Board arrived within 4 days from US to UK and worked as expected with no problems or configuration to worry about.
5* Would defo recommend- thank you. Would buy again in an instant!

Fantastic customer support!
Bought their latest Translator. It does look a little rough around the edges compared to some modern applications and took some config to set up, but their customer support is second to none and it does the job! Essential if you intend to use old samplers with a modern PC.
