Excellent Customer Service
The item I ordered was delivered within two days. The trainers were a birthday gift and when they arrived I looked at the size on the box and it said Mens 6, Womans 8. I needed a womans size 6 so returned the trainers as per on-line instructions. When Same DayTrainers recieved my return they contacted me to say that the sizes I had read on the box were infact US sizes and the UK size was underneath. I had not noticed and of course had not tried them on because they were for someone else. I appologised for my mistake and they promptly shipped the trainers back out to me. This is excellent service and I would definately buy from this company again.
