Salus is a wonderful company!
Salus is a great company. They focus on things like your mental health, physical health, and overall wellbeing. I loved the fact that it felt like a community rather than a business. They taught me how to manage my eating habits, how to meditate, how to exercise properly, and lose weight, and how to keep the weight off. They are soo wonderful! If you’re thinking about joining, do so!! Trust me it’s worth the money you spend.

Salus has been a type of medicine for
Salus has truly been medicine for me. Their program has targeted areas in life that helps works on the “Whole” person ! Physically and Mentally to promote a Healthier “You”! My journey to a healthy lifestyle on my own started October of 2021 and with Salus has improved significantly since ! From maintaining weight loss, lowering of my cholesterol and definitely improving my Mental Health! The professionalism, knowledge, patience, taking time to educate and passion of each facilitator are always on point to help you achieve an overall Healthier You! I would highly recommend Salus to anyone wanting to make a lifestyle change to become healthier or even that maybe dealing with any health challenges your facing!! Thanks Salus for developing a program such as this one !

Salus has been for me a Life Saver
Salus has been for me a Life Saver. Before I joined this Program I was depressed, fatigued, and couldn't walk very far due to getting short of breath and feeling weak. Now I can go further with my walking and my Pulmonary function went from 50% to 60% and my endurance is Phenomenal. What I mainly like about Salus is that they deal with the whole person. They have classes for every aspect for like Breathing Techniques, Yoga, Mental Health, Cardio, and Nutrition. I recommend this Program to anyone trying to get serious about their health and well being. They are backed by a Cardiologist and the Instructors and the Community are Phenomenal. I'm in a better place health wise because of them. I give them 5 stars because they truly care about the people they serve.
