Not to be trusted - Buyers Beware - Got Burned
This so called "Company" says that they are in the US, but their FB page says otherwise. Based in Vietnam and more than likely out of someone's house. The phone number on the website is not a working number, no one ever called me after several attempts, and it took weeks to finally get an email response back from someone named, Janet Dang. The t-shirt was wrapped so tightly in cheap plastic when it finally shipped out. It took over a month for the shirt to arrive, but now I realize it's because it is coming from another country pretending to be based in the US. In order to get the tightly wrapped plastic off, a small cut to the plastic had to be made, resulting in the shirt (which was not cheap) getting cut because the plastic was intertwined into the shirt. They asked for a picture of the shirt, the shipping label, and the packaging for a replacement or refund, which I sent. Because I did not have a video of the shirt being unwrapped or "unboxed", they said that it was not enough proof for them to replace the shirt or give a refund. The 'best' they can do was offer 10% back. Wow, a measly $3. I told them that I would leave a crappy review everywhere I could. However, when I looked up the company, there was no where to leave a google review because it is not a legitimate company. Even their FB page did not have any reviews. So, now we are stuck with a ruined and overpriced shirt that cannot be worn. Lessoned learned but buyers beware!
