Very impressed with the quality of the ring we purchased. Size was not right (our fault) but return was easy and correspondence from Mashy was next level.

Ring I purchased is beautiful but i messed up the sizing. I’m hoping the new one will fit perfectly.

These guys are the best. The product is profoundly beautiful, their customer service is the most kind, warm, human experience of customer service I have ever encountered - my particular order required a patience that I received from them constantly, they really went above and beyond, and in the friendliest and most genuine way. Add to that I now have my Most Beloved Thing in this world in my lucky possession, and despite being shipped across the world it arrived way quicker than expected and enriched me with it's unique beauty even sooner than I thought it would! The packaging is like a story unfolding in your hands, every single element is woven in magic and tangibly touched with the beautiful energy represented in everything these guys say, do and make.

First and foremost, the quality of the product, the look, the feel, the design is all topnotch. There's an elegance to the engravings that pairs perfectly with the ruggedness of the shape for me. I haven't taken the ring off since it arrived. Secondly, Salty Dagger as a company proved to be just as high quality. I had an issue with my order that required a replacement and they were in touch with me through and through to make things right. Completely cordial and understanding through the whole process. I'll definitely be ordering from them again. Big shout out to Mashy - much love.

I got the Wise Eye earrings about a month ago so I think I can give a good well rounded review( :

On first impression, just as the company says, the pieces are well made, with tons of detail and are quite weighty (which is a plus, they’re really substantial and feel great)
I tried to inspect each piece really closely to see if each is slightly different, and even though most of the earring itself is comparable to the other, there are slight differences here and there which again is really cool cos it means these are all finished/made by hand and care is taken to make it all the same, but human touch is kept throughout the process which to me is amazing and the beauty which shines through ( :
With this set you get separate hoops and the pieces, so you just hook the piece on the hook and then into your ear which I thought was pretty nice too since you could just wear the hoops, if you wanted to…
I noticed the clasp on the hoops was more sturdy on one of the hoops, and a bit looser on the other, not giving that same sturdy click but just closing shut, I kept wearing them though and I work in a kitchen so a lot of movement is involved and they never fell off or anything…
However the loose clasp came as a problem later on when I happened to be hugging someone, and only realised later on that my piece is missing on one ear, with the hoop in my ear but opened..
I luckily back tracked and found the lost piece but this worried me a lot about losing these as they can open up so easily if disturbed.
A week or so after, unfortunately, this must have happened at some other point
In my daily goings cos at one point in the day I jsut noticed the hoop and piece on one of my ears was gone all together, and all am left with is just one hoop and piece.

To end this, I don’t entirely want to say that the whole thing isnt up to par, because it isn’t, these are great quality, I believe this single hoop must have been just a looser one and I unfortunately happened to get this one…

Anyways I still really reccomend this company, they make beautiful pieces and there’s soul in the whole process right down to the packaging which you don’t see that often..

On the 6th of Sept I ordered 2 items meant as an anniversary gift for my partner for our upcoming holiday starting sept 22. I received an email that my order is shipped. My order seems to have been stuck in Australia looking at the track from DHL. I understand that it takes a few days to get something from Australia to Western Europe but 7 days in our era should be a enough. I contacted Salty Dagger twice about this and I don't get any response. It makes me wonder wether I was deceived and lost my money or that they just don't care after the customer maid his/her payment.

Everything about this purchase was amazing, even through hardship. My order went back to Australia and I messaged the insta and it was a VERY FAST response and very helpful. Got the address changed and was just killer service and experience.

The quality of the pieces are what you expect from a high quality jewelry store, 925 sterling silver (in my case), the feel , the color the weight and texture. What make every piece unique and special is that they have a very cool vibe design that you can feel it wearing them, and that comes from a good job in this handcrafted beauties.
My only recommendation , Don’t forget to check customs taxes in your country. (Salty dagger make that clear on the store)

Zero- Worst customer experience ever online. No response to a handful of emails. Not even common courtesy to write. Just wanted to swap ring size over as it didn’t measure up to the guide they had so it’s useless and unable to be worn. A company is only as good as it treats its customers. 😞
Just read another customer also ghosted and ignored. I’m an Aussie and the other an international customer. Seems Salty Dagger don’t have correct sizes or care after you’ve purchased.

The whole experience from Salty Dagger was great! I bought the "Back in the Day" ring and was pleasantly surprised when it arrived. Delivery was fast, took a bit less than a week to come and the ring alongside with the packaging was just put together so nicely! The prices are also reasonable and I love that the brand is transparent and working towards improving their sustainability. Would definitely recommend purchasing :)

Okay straight up. Jewlery comes and goes for some people. But this. Salty Dagger, will stay with me forever. The quality of the jewelry. The love behind their mission.
