Very disappointed

Very disappointed, never buying anything from them again in my life.

I ordered swimming shorts and sent them to a pickup point near my house. The service (SEUR) they use is extremely bad, inefficient and impossible to contact. My parcel was sent to a pickup point that basically didn’t exist. I went 4 TIMES there at different times of the day, losing lots of time of my week trying to get that parcel but that shop or office never opened. I contacted Salty crew customer service, explaining them that I need the parcel to be resent or at least I would appreciate them to contact SEUR, trying to solve the problem. But they just replied me with an automated message with the address of the pickup point (a real joke).
Result: the parcel is coming back to the sender because I never been able to find it. No one helped me, 0 solutions provided. I’m never ever buying anything from this brand again.
