Terrible customer service provided by Charlotte Saltsman which spoke to me in a rude and unprofessional manner when no one turned up for my viewing. Luckily the Seller was present and showed me around saving me a wasted trip.
AVOID AVOID this UNPROFESSIONAL agent at all cost, wasted my time twice. I travelled 15 miles to view the property and called them before set off. When i arrived nobody was at the viewing. I called them and they apologised and promised to arrive 11:50 latest I went to get coffee and came back before 11:50 still no body was at the viewing. Called back and I was informed that the agent arrived early and went back to the office. If he was early then why didn’t he call me??? Bunch of lying jokers
Very unprofessional, didn’t refund the holding deposit and no answers to my emails.
I explained from the beginning that it was my first time renting and after sending the holding deposit they asked for a security deposit, 6 months upfront and a guarantor which was not mentioned before I paid the holding deposit and when I said these requirements were not mentioned before I paid and if they were mentioned I wouldn’t have paid they didn’t refund me.
Would not recommend.
