Online order problem

I have been trying to order on line for two days now it will not let me check out all I can do is put the items in the basket , I have now emailed you direct to ask for help but did not get a reply, you normally give great service what’s going wrong ?

Absolutely fine

Absolutely fine. Most of my skirts and waterfall cardigans are Saloos. The skirts don’t need ironing. That’s definitely a plus. 😊👍

Good service.

I HAD RETURN ONE ITEM AND EXCHANGE FOR ANOTHER SIZE. ALL WENT SMOOTHLY, WITHIN A FEW DAYS AND THE REFUND WAS IN MY ACCOUNT IN UNDER A WEEK.
