Avoid this e-shop!!!

I ordered the goods in July (order no. 2988359) and never saw them! At first, the company communicated, when I ran out of patience at the end of August and asked for a refund, they kept quiet. No communication from their side ever since. I have neither the goods nor the money. I do not recommend!!! Better rely on the Czech e-shop, where it works! Never again!

the experience was quite bad

the experience was quite bad, the goods are still nowhere, the store has not contacted us regarding the cancellation of the order since yesterday. money gone and goods nowhere

Order number 1445126 from 19.4.2022 was…

Order number 1445126 from 19.4.2022 was sent incorrectly. To date, Salontotal.cz has not been able to handle my complaint. The goods are still with me without information on how to send them back.
I don't know how difficult it can be to send one item in a package (cordless, or with cord Clipper)?!?
So far, I have received one reply that I will be sent a return slip. Nothing yet.
No word of apology ...
I am very disappointed with this "service".
