Rude. Guess I wasn't dressed upmarket enough for you?

I made a purchase the other day and was charged a "credit card fee" but didn't use a credit card. I could have click and collected without this charge.
Received a product that had clearly been opened, and only noticed when it stank out my cupboard. Ask to replace, but all the girl did was change the lid over, and then chat with her partner in the back room.
She returned, said here, and walked off while I was asking another question.
Sorry but you clearly couldn't care less, so as a customer I couldn't care less either.
Will suggest she didn't like my casual dress and so figured I couldn't spend at her store. Poor you. Won't be returning. I can happily spend my money elsewhere and will.
