Appalling customer service

Salomon.my online offers truly appalling customer service. Product ordered on 6 April - still not received on 17 April. 4 messages sent to Salomon customer service: 3 out of 4 ignored. No tracking info available on order. Have called courier ('Best' Express) myself twice - my order is still sitting in their warehouse. No one cares.
ADVICE: ONLY ORDER FROM SALOMON IF YOU WANT TO PAY A VERY HIGH PRICE AND DON'T CARE ABOUT EVER RECEIVING YOUR ORDER!!
