I spoke with Lena, and she was an absolute delight. She was very kind, polite, and very informative. She answered all my questions and helped me with my graduate loan application. She made this process so easy and eased my fears. Lena even took the time to help me create my account and look over the interest rates. I so much appreciated her help in this process. I am moving in a month for school and have been so overwhelmed but she helped take a major weight off my shoulders today.
