I placed an order on September 13th 2025 and still not recieved my order please can some body help me I have been looking for a phone number to contact you but of no avail how do I contact them

Absolute scam. Don't fall for it, no idea what's in the vials as there's no instructions or ingredients list

The items did arrive. As others have said, no instructions, 5 vials in a box, more money taken than you think and the constant barrage of emails saying you’ve left something in your basket and haven’t checked out.

I ordered from this company nearly 3 weeks ago and payment was made there and then, but have not received the items purchased, there is no way off contacting them to check on progress of my order

I want to put minus stars for this company. It is a complete scam. After weeks of waiting for my order and many emails, I now realise I am never going to get my order or a refund. I wish I had never been tempted by their fb page. It stated NHS supported and a uk company, not true it comes from China. I should say never arrives at all. Don’t get sucked in, this has been a completely traumatic experience.

I would give this company no stars dont really know if its scam or legit didn't receive item . Misleading advertising says made in UK delve into it while waiting for item turns out its another Asian company delivering from China dont waste your money buy british from Britain and keep your hard earned cash

I bought the oral weight loss solution. You are supposed to take one vial a day and the picture on their website shows 7 vials in box but I have only got 5 vials in my boxes (I bought 2 boxes).
No official instructions or side affect warnings. The vials dont look the same as on the website either.
I haven't tried them yet but very much feel as though I will be disappointed - if I can now bring myself to try them.

These advertise as UK, shipping from London in 3 days. Advertised with the NHS logo. Mine took over 10 days, isn't NHS approved. I've asked to return, they said returns would be at a cost to myself. They should not be trading as UK or advertising with NHS logo. Tried to cancel the next day, as they took more from my bank than the order amount came to, they said it had been shipped, which I don't believe

COMPLETE SCAM - Ordered goods and after weeks and weeks of chasing and nothing arrived, I contacted them asking for a full refund. They offered 30% and told me to keep the goods, I explained yet again that I hadn't received anything, they said they best they could offer was a 50% refund. I will be contacting my bank.

Complete SCAM. Charged for extra products, insurance and donation I didn’t agree to, then added £10 more to total quoted on e-mail order confirmation. They also tried to take another 2 additional payments from my account all within minutes of processing order. Luckily bank stopped these 2. Now waiting to see if any product arrives before trying to get original incorrect payment back by raising a dispute through my bank with the company directly.
Absolute nightmare trying to get out of their order process, obviously know now that it was deliberate to keep me there whilst they tried to obtain additional payments as quickly as possible from my account. Thank goodness my bank were vigilant and put a halt to these and a block on any further attempts by them to get more.

27/8 Not taking dispute any further as said items arrived in post. I’m just racking it up to experience and will never purchase from face book ever again.

I ordered slimming products, they overcharged me without my consent took money for the PET donation 🤯 and insurance 🤯 what does it even mena??! I wtorek to them and they just sent some nonsense thanks for your bussines!!! No more replies! SCAM!!! Goods coming from China not UK as stated on the Web. So disappointing

This product is a scam DO NOT DO BUSINESS with them not that it did me any good, I got slimming patches from them, what a joke, should have know to good to be true

I bought some slimming patches from these. They promised if I had any complaints I could let them know and get my money back. I can't find them now.

Do not buy from this company ordered months ago did not arrive, written to them on emails continuously and still no product
Must be a scam company !!

Ordered bee venom cream via a facebook ad. Transaction was blocked by my bank along with 2 other random transactions that are clearly linked to this site! They have since attempted to take the money a 2nd time! SCAM!

Ordered diet drops, ad says made in uk, it’s being shipped from china, ad says postage free, was charged over £6 & then insurance on top. Have since queried it, was asked to send proof which I did, as haven’t heard I’ve tried twice to email today but both not delivered as the report is saying it’s a scam.
Don’t be taken like I was. BEWARE

Do not buy from this company it's a scam!! I ordered what was supposed to be 3 jars of bee venom for skin £31.96, when they arrived they were miniature size jars and said it was for arthritis?!
When I complained to them they said they would compensate me 30% of what I paid, which I had no choice but to accept as it would have cost me more to send them back as they came from China and not UK as it claims on Facebook?! I am waiting to see if do get some of my money back?

Can someone help me get my money back from salienter as its been 30 days and I've heard nothing.

Do not touch!! The product Bee cream did nothing at all, the product is probably fake! Sold as money back guarantee but no replies when you email them. Only contact available is email which I’ve tried 3 times and nothing plus adverts seem to have disappeared!! Says made in uk then further down it says made in USA??
