Walked for a fortnight in France with a backpack using Salford insoles. No bunion ache!

Some nasty pain on the outer edge of foot. Running injury. Needed something to de load this part of my foot. Training for an ultra. Not able to stop training. Put this orthotic in my day to day shoes. It’s worked. Brilliant. Thank you

I had chronic plantar facilitis and had bought lots of different insoles. Following shock wave treatment I bought these to to try to prevent it coming back. They have been great. Would definitely recommend for this condition. They look like they will feel hard but actually are very comfortable.

I bought Salford’s orange insoles and these, coupled with better fitting shoes, have definitely made a difference to how my feet feel when I’m standing or walking a lot. I think that the ideal thing would have been to have had my gait analysed professionally and perhaps gotten custom made insoles. But this is extremely expensive. So Salford insoles offered me a solution which has been affordable and effective.

The insoles fitted well but I didn't like the fact there was no soft material lining them. The edges were quite hard and caused serious blisters on insides of both feet forcing me to stop running after only 2km. Had to wear thick socks next run which is not ideal and still started to rub but after c5k. Couldn't return as just over 30 day limit.

Good quality insoles my only issue was the delivery time as I was in quite a lot of pain
I ordered them because they worked for me away back in 2014 seems like foot problems are very intermittent!

I cannot fault the buying experience or speed of delivery at all, this was all fine, and the quality of the product is very good.
But as a sufferer of quite bad over pronation, I was looking to use these to replace old orthotics provided by the NHS several years ago and avoid having to go through my GP to get a fresh referral, as having relocated in the UK, my original referral into specialist care had lapsed.
Unfortunately the inner soles, although comfortable, did not provide the level of support (I believe) required, to help my feet and ankles seizing up on days when I had been actively on my feet, which is most. So I tried the inner soles for a couple of weeks, but had to stop using them in the end.

didnt think much when first got insoles ,but have stopped my knee pain after beeing on my feet all day and have been brilliant.

I’m in my sixties and ran for about 30 years. As a consequence I have a dodgy runner’s knee which gives me some pain - especially when going downhill. Your runner’s knee insoles means I can go on long distance walks without pain.

I’ve tried SO MANY insoles that I gave up counting… most did nothing at all (regardless of the major claims!) while others worked a short time but generally failed very quickly (strangely these ones were the most expensive!)… I visited a local paediatrician (one of many previously!) but he told me within 5minutes of entering his premises, precisely what my problem was (fallen arches) & what to do about it - ie buy a set of insoles he uses himself, direct from SalfordInsoles! I confess I was a bit suspicious when he told me he had worked on developing the soles he recommended, but all I can say is that within ONE WEEK my pain & discomfort had receded massively… so much so that I’ve purchased another five sets so I don’t have the bother of swapping them (because yes, they can be used in any shoes or boots (inc Work Boots!) of the appropriate size… I CANNOT praise the ‘orange’ insoles more highly than to say I have recommended friends, family & even relative ‘strangers’ to try them… absolutely brilliant product & my paediatrician is now a hero of mine! Thank You SalfordInsoles!!! PS delivery was very adequate & the price is not exorbitant considering how they ACTUALLY WORK!!!

Immediate comfort and alleviation of chronic shin splints, had tried quite a few things without results and tried these insoles, really really good
They are only slightly firmer the first few uses, but then feels all natural
I use them now in all my shoes

I have given only a four star rating as while they have been tremendously successful in alleviating my medial OA. In fact prior to buying them I was expecting to be referred for a knee replacement. After four months of increasing levels of pain and reduced activity I am now walking with greater ease and especially negotiating stairs.
The consultant I saw advised me to get the insoles and develop strength building exercises for quads and hamstrings. So far I am very pleased with the soles, have two pair, and am expecting further improvement hence current 4 star review. One week before receiving the insoles I was barely able to walk or stand from a chair without intense pain, that is now a distant memory.

The insoles I purchased were the red lighter weight ones, but were perfect for my problem - overpronation and pain in the large toe joint. I don't wear them every day since the weather has become so warm, so I substitute them for a sling back sandal with a foam filled pad under the affected area. This combination has helped enormously and I do not have anywhere near so much discomfort.

These insoles are excellent. I have notified a big difference since using them and feel more stable and confident walking. I would highly recommend these.

I’ve ordered twice from Salfordinsole today because the first set of insoles were so much better than what I had before. Customer service was also really good - I had initially ordered the wrong size, and they corrected my error as soon as I let them know.

I have found the orange insoles comfortable and they seem to have alleviated my heel pain

I bought the insoles to help with osteoarthritis in my big toe. Since getting these the pain has eased right off. The delivery and communication from Salford Insoles was also first class.

Arrived quick, good price, insoles as described and do what they say they’ll do, can’t ask for much more.

I enjoy walking long distances but found I was have pain in my ankles. I took advice and purchased the recommended arch support, it works the supports gives my arches the much needed lift. I am back to enjoying being outdoors and walking in some beautiful scenery
