Bought sandals from Outletshoes and payment went through on my credit card to aroler.com
Another 2 names for same company I believe. Had similar experience but managed to do chargeback on credit card. Perhaps if everyone did that authorities might do more.

This company is breaking the law - fraudulent company.

As 87% (out of 56 reviews) of the reviewers on here are extremely dissatisfied and are not getting their money back for very poor quality goods or orders not received, it is pretty obvious that this company are scamming us. They are breaking the law by not complying with the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and they rely on us giving up on our complaints by advising we must return goods to a warehouse in China at our own cost which in my case would be around £15 for two pair of lightweight sandals (although they do have an address in the UK which they tell us we must not send to - [Wisteria Trade Limited, 86 North End Road, London W14 9EX, presumably this is above the self service launderette at that address]).

They also ‘threaten’ that if you do send goods back to China it can take several weeks to get there and they could get lost and they will not be responsible for that (so we know what their next excuse for not refunding us will be!).

There is only one reviewer on here that stuck to her guns and eventually got a refund - I hope to be the 2nd.
I will also look into the PayPal protection scheme and will contact Facebook like several others have done, they need to block these scammers!

Perhaps we should all get together and get the courts involved?

My wife ordered shoes

My wife ordered shoes, but received extremely inferior quality shoes in a size for children. Initially they refused to accept return, but paypal helped us.
The website is a total rip-off.
Their pseudonym is *ZEDONGXINXI"
They claim to be offering women's clothes at affordable prices, but they're scammers.
The website listed all of its products on sale at low prices; this is a red flag, as this trick is usually used by scammers to entice people to buy. The website refers to Bin Estrella GmbH as their parent company, however, it's known to be fraudulent and has been found on numerous scam websites.
The email address is from a free messaging service, and it does not match the website's domain name.
They claim to have been founded in 2018, but the website was only recently launched and has a very short shelf life.
BE careful. too many red flags to trust
I have read of others scammed by this company, supposedly selling Clarks orthopaedic sandals at discount but really just selling cheap Chinese imports.
Their reply when I protested from an email starting with freemanlove0619 read as follows:
Dear Customer,
We feel so sorry to hear that.
In order to save time and energy, we would like to offer you a 20% Refund of Product Cost as compensation and you do not need to send the items back to us since the returning postage fee is very expensive and we will not bear it. It may take 1 month for the parcel to reach us, the parcel may be lost on the way, we will not bear the risk.
Before you make your final decision, you could check the detailed return process and return cost with your local post office.
We don't pay the postal service for you.
Please make sure that the items are unused (without the smell of perfume, unwashed, not in damaged or worn condition) and in original packaging.
If return/exchange is your final decision, please send the items to the following returned address:
Name: warehouse

Address: 12A, Baoxin Building, Dawangshan Third Industrial Park, Shajing Street
City: Shenzhen
Province: Guangdong
Zip/Post code: 511464
Country: China
Please send back the parcel via regular postal service (with the tracking number) to make sure that it is cheap and we won't be charged.
By the way, please put a note with your order number and tracking number, your name and the reason why you return the parcel.
Warm notice: refund could not be issued without an order number in the parcel. (Very important)
We will arrange an exchange or refund the return product cost (excluding return postage) when we received returning products and get your return tracking number, tracking link.
Any questions, please feel free to contact us.

That alone is warning enough

SCAM. RIPOFF companies

Son on low income ordered what is supposed to be top of the range trainers, no show and been couple of months since order. Initially got reply via email but now stopped communication and clearly blocked his email. Why is this company with numerous names still trading when clearly enough people dealt with issues with them? Why has the details not been logged n blocked by fraud line so they cannot trade again under the names they been using? Too many scams ripping people off and nothing being done to deal with offenders and fraud line is meant to look into details and stop them!

Money for nothing (so far)

I ordered 2 pairs of boots on November 2nd, via a sales pitch on FB. Since then I have heard absolutely NOTHING, though they were quick enough to take my money and confirm purchase!
I have tried emailing and messaging the mobile number given but have had no replies at all.
I am not sure where their claim to have a 4.5 positive rating is from, having looked at TrustPilot.
I am hoping that I do get boots and they are not as poor as other reviews suggest that they might be. I'd LOVE to hear from the company, but I'm not holding my breath...

Do not order from this company

I ordered 2 pairs of sandals. They eventually came after about seven weeks of waiting. I emailed them to find out where they were but had no reply. They are absolutely disgusting. Nothing like on the website . Extremely poor quality. Extremely poor customer service. Apparently you cannot return sale items only full price items. Most things on their website are sale!!
DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE PEOPLE.

Poor quality ladies sandals, not like the advert

Wish I had looked at reviews first. Very poor quality and faulty product sent (ladies sandals) that were not leather. Customer service did respond promptly but offers only a 20% refund and keep the goods, which will go in the bin.

SCAM SCAM SCAM

Also selling through Summer Shopping.
Scam, avoid at all costs. If like me, you are reading the reviews after purchase and ask the company for a refund, they will offer you 10%, then 20%. Keep refusing. They made me a final offer of 40% refund which I refused and today got a full refund.

Don't buy them

The name Clarks on the advert bears no relation to the shoes that turn up. I believe this to be a willful misrepresentation. Poor quality. Don'y buy them.
