Easy to Use and Reliable for Cold Email Campaigns

I’ve had a great experience using Saleshandy for cold email outreach and lead generation. The platform is easy to set up, the interface is clean, and building email sequences is straightforward even if you’re not very technical. I especially like the ability to connect multiple inboxes and automate follow-ups without making the campaigns feel spammy.

The email tracking and analytics are helpful for understanding open rates, replies, and campaign performance, and the lead finder tool makes prospecting much faster. Compared with some other outreach tools I’ve tried, Saleshandy offers a solid feature set at a reasonable price.

Overall, it’s been a reliable tool for managing outreach campaigns and generating leads. I’d recommend it to small businesses, agencies, or anyone looking for an affordable cold email platform that’s simple to use but still powerful.

Saleshandy: Ok Tool, But Freezing Subscription Ruins It – Beware Billing Tricks

I initially loved Saleshandy for its reliable cold email platform, domain warmup, lead finding, and deliverability checks. Customer support was outstanding—5/5 for being knowledgeable, friendly, quick, and helpful. I even left a glowing Google review a month ago when everything worked smoothly.

Then email deliverability tanked from 91% to 87% in 24 hours despite warmup, with more emails hitting spam.

That's when I switched to Instantly.ai 2 weeks ago (better warmup and inbox rates) but kept Saleshandy frozen as backup.

Freezing your subscription comes with nasty surprises. When you unfreeze, they charge for a full new month immediately—instead of letting remaining days from the frozen period lapse or offering credit. Pure nickel-and-diming that ignores customer loyalty and prioritizes fast money over retention.

2/5 stars. Good tool when it works, but poor post-freeze billing and declining performance make it risky long-term.

Saleshandy is the game changer

This has been an experience that i was looking out for years. I was using apollo before but now that i got introduced to saleshandy, nothing beats this. I have been a recruiter since last 15 years and have been chasing multiple such tools from which I can get the correct contact information for a prospect. Trust me Saleshandy has been a game changer. much recommended
