Awful customer service and broken systems.

Awful customer service. Their systems go down and lose us a lot of money and cause a lot of stress and yet they take no responsibility and their phonelines aren't even open!!
I would avoid this company. Very expensive to pay for a service that they can't deliver.

It is always disappointing to receive a one star review as we strive to provide the best HND software on the market.

In yesterday's case, we had a major server outage that we could not foresee. This was fully resolved in less than 4 hours. As a cloud service provider, we aim for 100% availability of the service, but very occasionally things happen outside of our control. This is the same for any cloud service provider.

We always recommend that our customers generate their rounds before 9pm the day before so that they are available if there is a problem including a power cut / broadband down at our customer's premises. Our support team are then on hand if there is a problem.

Our opening hours are very clear that we open 9am to 5pm Mon-Fri and have emergency cover 5pm to 9pm Mon-Fri and emergency cover between 9am to 9pm at the weekend.
