Very impressed

Very impressed with how this service is ran, I had some previous providers who made me felt like just a number in their database not a true connection, but with salamoonder I feel like I am actually being listened too, what really made me feel like a valued user a week after having an issue which was in my own code they went out their way and checked in with me on how stuff was going.

Awful service

Awful service, no idea why the developer is out on holiday for a week, what am i paying for? No indication of when hes returning just vague responses - dont advise if ur looking for good customer service

Thanks for replying but the issue hasn’t been resolved and the whatnot developer is still away? Im no longer using your service from today but as far as i know you’re wrong 😑

Hi Bob, thanks for the feedback. Our team was on planned leave when this came up, and while we did stay in touch, we should have given more specific updates on timing, that's a fair point. The issue was resolved within a few days, and we've since adjusted how we handle client updates during time off so this is clearer in future.

Update (7/20): Sorry to hear you're moving on, genuinely. To clarify for the record, the fix was actually completed on 7/17, while the team was still on leave, so it should be working on your end. Best support team

I had an issue on the website, which turned out to be caused by errors on my side. The support team was extremely helpful, quickly identified the problems, and clearly explained what I needed to fix. After following their advice, everything worked perfectly. Im very impressed with their professionalism and patience. Highly recommended!
