Good books when you go in person to buy, however the three times I order online books came in bad condition, email them and no reply.
I originally set up a donation as I appreciate the good books that the Salafi Bookstore publishes & have found them to be beneficial.
Unfortunately, when it came to cancelling the re-occurring charges to my bank account, they seem to have ignored me completely.
I have spent months disputing unapproved transactions from The Salafi Bookstore, that keep appearing on my bank balance. My bank has attempted to bar the payments, and have cancelled my card in order to do this. Still no success.
I attempted to phone the Salafi Bookstore, and contact them via social channels but they have yet to fix the issue. I pray that my new card is not chargeable as this has been causing me a lot of nuisance.
Non-Islamic behaviour unfortunately. Will think twice about supporting in the future.
