We had a 12-month plan and received the boxes with no problem. However, at the end of the 12-month plan we were charged with no notice for another 12-month plan. We contacted the company and canceled our plan the same day we received the auto-subscription notice. We did not approve this and were not made aware that this was an auto-subscription. As this time, this has still not been resolved.

They keep you updated about your box really well. The snacks are amazing and the china they add at times is exceptional. The booklet they add with info also contains info about any allergies but you can't scan for that info beforehand so be aware of that.

I love how they give you a small description of everything.

Overall good. But I thought I would get a ceramic.

There was an item that sold out before my box shipped, and their team reached out right away with a great swap. :)

the packaging was beautiful, the calander is very cute, and there is a large selection of snacks; it has been very exciting getting to try new flavors

We have tried a few different snack boxes and if you want an authentic experience of Japanese snacks and culture, Sakuraco is the best.

They include a little booklet with each box detailing the history of each item and always include a craft item like a small dish, fabric good, or paper good. We use them pretty frequently!

The food items are the star of the show with the booklet adding to the experience. Some things you may be familiar with, but each item comes from Japan. My favorite being the sakura flavored candies!

The value is great, and while we got this as a gift, we choose to renew and pay for a subscription ourselves. Will likely never stop subscribing, the perfect amount for a month too!

I absolutely love my sakuraco box and look forward to receiving it every month. There is always a fantastic range of items complimented by a beautiful guide telling you all about the items, the producers and highlights of the area or season. It is beautifully presented and good value for money. I have recently also added a tea subscription as the teas you receive in the box are far superior to anything I have found in the uk.regular , predictable delivery with updates. Would highly recommend to anyone seeking to experience a slice of Japan.

Sakura Co. has been an absolute joy! I gave it to my husband as a gift, and he has loved every single box we’ve received. The snacks are incredibly fresh, beautifully packaged, and such a fun way to experience authentic Japanese treats from all across Japan that we’d never normally find in the asian supermarkets in Australia. You can really tell how much care goes into curating each box — it feels thoughtful, high-quality, and genuinely special. It’s become something he really looks forward to. I couldn’t recommend Sakura Co. more highly, especially as a gift for someone who loves Japanese snacks!

We love our sacuraco box! My 5 year old will immediately taste everything 😊 I love the culture and history that it shows us here in Europe. The only reason for 4* is the price, which is kind of a lot (plus I need to pay customs on it) but I understand and not regretting at all (it was a Christmas present for myself 😂)

Thank you for my first box! This december box is even better than I expected. Everything is well packed, fresh and delicious. The tea also pairs well with everything. I received the Sakuraco box as a birthday gift for my fiancé, and we truly did not expect it to impress us as much as it did. Having tried several Japanese snack boxes from other providers before, our expectations were fairly modest — those boxes were usually fine, but nothing memorable.

Sakuraco was different. Every item felt thoughtfully selected, with clear descriptions and information about its regional origin, which added a wonderful sense of context. Each snack was not only delicious, but genuinely interesting. Even when traveling in Japan, it’s rare to experience treats from so many different regions in one month.

The price feels more than fair for the quality and care that go into each box. We now order one every month, and it has become a highlight we always look forward to. Thank you to the Sakuraco team for the lovely work you do.

I just finished the January New Years Sakuraco tea party box. I loved everything! The Custard Taiyaki was so creamy and delicious. The subtle spice of the Daruma senbei was just right, and the melt in your mouth kinako puffed mochi was such a unique treat. Konpeito are one of my favourite Japanese treats!

This was my third box I have gotten. It feels like Christmas ruffling through the box to see what I got and I love to try new things so it's a great experience :)

Quick delivery, nice authentic japanese food

Really well curated snacks as ever. Some were maybe too sweet.

We love japan so the sakuraco boxes are pretty awesome but the price is expensive because of the shipping costs to Germany for each box. We would have bought the 6 or 12 month subscription but with the shipping costs on top, the boxes are too expensive for such a subscription.

The kinako candy felt quite chalky on the tongue which absorbed the saliva and created a dry mouth.

The other items were very tasty with a variety of textures.

Its great to see traditions are being upheld, which we can all experience and expand our taste buds
