I, unfortunately, was not able to use the item. It looks phenomenal, and is great quality, but is too big for my drawers. I was very pleased with customer service. They answered every question I had. Would buy from Saker again. Ordering was easy and delivery was reasonable. Product arrived in great shape. The camera worked out of the box. I had a problem with the stick on mount which they resolved very quickly.

GREAT RESPONCE
I emailed Sakerplus shortly after realizing I had mistakenly ordered two steam cleaning units instead of just the one I actually wanted. I asked them to cancel one of those units. Within minutes I received acknowledgement they had received my request. A few hours later I received notice that they had processed the refund for the one unit.
