Of course their are 4 day courses. But a 5 day course (as SainTs provide) is what I would class as the minimum amount of time if you want to be conversant. There are no 'cheats', no corners cut - How could anyone do this course in less than 5 days?

Yes, I will definitely recommend Saints Training to anyone out there looking for SIA Training Course, and to be honest with you, hold me responsible if you did not get what you want. SHERYL, she is a strict and straight forward lady that knows what she is doing, when to do it and how to do it.
Anybody who is looking to obtain an SIA Licence would regret not going with Saints Training. I am looking forward going to the next level with advanced PI, HANDCUFF TRAINING and FIRST AIDER and all these have to be with Saints Training.
A big thank you to Sheryl, TREVOR and Saints Training. Honestly, she's good.

Where to begin with Saints Training, I haven't received my results yet. Not that I need to the level of training I was given from Sheryl Needham I'm already waiting to apply for my license. She is by far the best instructor and teacher anybody in the security industry can hope to get, professional and at the same time develops a personal relationship with each and every one of the individuals she trains. Anybody who is looking to obtain their SIA license would regret not going with Saints Training. I'll be taking my training to the next level with Advanced PI, Handcuff Training and First Aid in the near future all through Saints. A massive thank you to Sheryl, thank you to Trevor and Saints Training.

The best security training your going to get, big respect to sheryl and trevor top people, appreaciate the knowledge of sheryl and trevor also lot of experience in security makes you feel at ease

SainTs Traing recently ran an SIA course for 10 senior staff at the organisation I am CEO of.

From first contact with Sheryl to post-course, I have been incredibly impressed with both her approach and skill level.

Despite there being some resistance to the training, Sheryl was able inspire and train in such a way that I am confident that my colleagues are now well-trained and competent. She was not afraid to call people out and was clear at all times in her messaging.

Sheryl made the training interesting and I have had extemely positive feedback from the team.

the Advanced physical intervention and handcuff training is a must do, it is unbelievably effective and credit to Sheryl she has the patience of a saint and is such a great trainer, thank you so much you deserve a medal for what you and Trevor do

So I came Back to SainTs training with much excitement for my Advanced physical intervention course and Handcuff Course. All I can say is if you have done the Door Supervisors course with the incredible Sheryl at SainTs training then YOU MUST DO the advanced PI and Handcuff training !!!! Your eyes will be opened big time!

Coming from a background of training in extremely advanced physical techniques I cannot express enough how effective Sheryls advanced physical intervention training is! Leave what you’ve learnt in the past at the door and be prepared to have your mind blown!

Honestly get on to the Advanced PI AND Handcuff training because I’m telling you now, you will not regret it.

Sheryl is and always will be unreal and you’re seriously missing out not doing this course so get on it!

TAKE NOTE! What an absolute eye opener! As someone with 8 years door supervisor experience, I thought I had a good grasp on what it takes to be an effective door supervisor..... Coming away from my 5 day course, I’ll be the first one to say how I’d been so wrong in so many areas for so long. Let me tell you, THIS LADY KNOWS HER STUFF! From day one the information we were required to learn was presented and broken down to us in a way that was so simple to understand. Sheryl used her own first hand experiences as a Door supervisor to give us REAL LIFE scenarios and gave the information substance, for me, this was invaluable and it was never just words on a projector. Quick fire questions kept us on our toes and we were forced to think fast. The Physical interaction module made me realise just how effective a structured, well disciplined team of Door Supervisors can be when we think as one, communicate and execute the “Techniques” exactly how our seasoned instructor shows us. Each Technique was broken down from start to finish, through every stage and so many eventualities. I can walk away from this training confident and safe in the knowledge I’ve had the best training available at this level. I couldn’t recommend Sheryl and Saints Training more if you are looking for qualifications and training in the security sector. Thank you so much Sheryl! I’ll be back soon to advance more in my training.

Amazing training with Sheryl. She is amazing person and top class instructor. The course it was educational and fun in the same time. Its feel like a family environment rather than a classroom. Will open your eyes for so many things that you never thought before. Highly recommend, great experience.

Doing this course was a lifetime achievement for me. I learned a lot and will recommend it to other people for anyone who wants to do Security as a career. The subjects were very interesting and all encompassing.

Made a security door course with them. Teacher was very experienced, friendly and approachable. I learnt a lot and would recommend the experience.

This course is a must do.. honestly! It's a real eye opener! I thought about doing it for a long time and I'm sooo glad I did!
Sheryl the trainer is so passionate and professional at was she does. She's also one of the most soundest, straight talking, honest, patient, funniest, caring and understanding people you'll ever meet.
You think you know everything then think again because Sheryl will put you straight. She will find your weaknesses and challenge you on them. But that is to make you better! I was uncomfortable at times but in the end it gave me so much more confidence- which is what I needed!
You'll start the course yourself but each day you get closer with everyone else, help each other out and become a team.
Do the course with Saints Training- honestly you won't regret it!!

I have been seeking a rewarding and fulfilling career for several years. My skills are quite specific: dog behavior and handling.
The SIA door supervisor course is a prerequisite to do this. Do not however, think of this course as a "hoop to jump through" to get to where you want to go: it is much, much more; it is a life lesson in itself.
The instructor (Sheryl) does not ONLY teach you what you need to pass the course: she teaches you about YOURSELF You will be amazed how quickly you will build trust and confidence with her and your team.
I highly recommend this course for anyone, in any sector and any role as the psychological as well as the physical skills gained are relevant to REAL LIFE: any job and any situation.
Before one can deal with other people one has to know how to deal with oneself ... this course will teach you how to do that.

I was located about an hour from the training venue and if like me you live out of town, PLEASE don't be put off!!!
Book into a hotel to relax in the evenings and reflect at the end of the day with your new friends.
It is the most demanding course I have ever done but also THE most rewarding.
Even if you have health/language/physical or psychological issues that you think may hold you back... !!GO DO IT!!
Dig deep! You will find reserves and strengths and skills you never knew you had.
The one part of this course I did not enjoy was the drive home when it was over :( ^ ^

Fantastic company, training provided by a professional and knowledgeable team. Sheryl is very thorough and has a vast knowledge base. SIA training lasted a week and was made enjoyable whilst remaining professional. Training with this company is highly recommended and very good value for money.
