Same has happened to others happened to me! No returned emails, phones messages, etc. What a scam. Thought I was buying from USA, not China. No paperwork, so no order number, and came from another company. Now I'm getting texts to order something else! What a mess! Do not go near this company!

UPDATE - the company shared a canned response below. They have not responded to my numerous emails and inquiries to deliver my shoes or refund my money. It is theft.

Do not purchase from this website or on Facebook. I purchased shoes that have not arrived and the order disappeared, I had been tracking it, now the order does not exist. Multiple emails to customer service have gone unanswered.

Terrible company! Do not purchase from here. Customer Service is terrible and they do not work with you to resolve their issues. Never received the product due to their negligence related to unpaid or incorrect postage when it got to the United States. They have said it’s my responsibility to resolve with the post office which is all the way across the country!

This Company is an absolute fraud. I had no idea that the shoes i ordered were coming from China (Directly) and were not a US based company. I spent over $100 dollars for (2) pair of shoes. This wouldn't normally be a bad deal if the shoes were received like they looked on the website!!! They looked nothing like the website and were very cheaply made and did not fit due to sizes not being what I ordered. I made numerous attempts to contact the company to no avail!! Do not buy anything from this company its an absolute fraud!!!!!!!

Order loafers a month ago keep leaving emails for delivery info plus left numerous message when called. No response yet. After reading reviews it’s definitely a rip off company

Adding to my most recent review... I finally heard from the company. They said I can return the shoes. The address was not Texas as listed on their website. I need to send the shoes back to China. The postage to mail my shoes to china is over $55.00. The shoes cost me that.
Buyer beware

I ordered a pair of shoes, they don't fit. I have emailed and called about a return to no avail. My emails keep getting sent back saying 'undeliverable address' and the number to call, rings once and gets sent to VM. I have left messages and nothing. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!!!

Ordered shoes on 15th December 2025. I still have no shoes after getting numerous excuses and only offered a refund of 20% due to poor customer service. I have now had to instruct my bank to retrieve the full amount, who are carrying out a full investigation. Still no shoes after getting- Do not order at any cost, this company is a shambles…

After my first review stating the extreme length of time for delivery and the wrong size of shoes delivered, Saint Drako wrote their stock reply of how they wanted to make things right and asking me to send details to their email address, I have not received a response!
Does anyone want to buy a pair of small size loafers?

I ordered some shoes on 1/4/2026 the tracking indicated they were delivered on 2/24/2026 my UPS driver said he did not deliver a package to on that day nor did my USP postal worker I tried emailing but game back undeliverable

Have already written a review and received their standard reply of yes we will help you. Looks good on these reviews but nothing is done. They just keep saying return it to China. Please tell me where on your website that you indicate that as a return.

Just frustrating that a company can get away with this.

I still have not received a pair of loafers I ordered in December. After reading all of these negative reviews, I don't have much hope that they'll be delivered. If they are eventually, I ordered a 1/2 size larger, but anticipating a shoe my 7 year old can fit into. Never again.

This is false advertising.

What a scam! Order took forever, finally arrived, looked nothing like advertised, size was completely wrong, asked to return for a refund, was given the run around, finally given an address which turned out to be a non-address and finally they gave me an address in China to return at my own expense. I looked up on Google maps the one address and it showed a sheriff's car in front of it! Buyer beware!

I'm having the exact negative experience everyone else has had. The loafers I ordered took forever to receive, look NOTHING like the picture and they are sized very small. I was provided an address in China to return them to with no return label, yet their website states they're located in McAllen, TX - very misleading. I've requested a return label, but realize based on the negative feedback I'm seeing, I most likely won't receive one. Looks I also will be cutting my losses. I will never do business with them again and I don't recommend anyone else doing business with this company. This has taught me to be cautious of shopping ads on social media before doing research.

Poooor communication! Order seems to be floating out there “ somewhere”. Sent email and it bounces back as underliverable.. They don't answer messages left and don't answer the phone. I am trying to figure out how to get a refund.. But they are ghosting me.

If they had a negative 20 star rating… that’s would what I would give.
The business address leads to an apartment in Texas. This company is out of China…. Do NOT buy from this company…
Still waiting on order I place beginning of November. I have emailed several times and left messages on so called voicemail….. I’m sure they will respond as they do with other reviews… email support @Drakoblah blah blah….

This was my first order so I played it super safe and went with the chinos. The fit is perfectly spot on, relaxed but still sharp enough for office days. The stretch is subtle, not that overly elastic feel.

I got the denim jacket and honestly the lining inside feels way way cozier than I expected. Great for late evening drives. The zipper feels sturdy too, not like those flimsy ones that break after a month. I’ll use for years for sure.
