I bought the trousers for travelling and have had the same problem with pilling … Ive only wore them once !!!
They’ve not been washed as I was overseas and didn’t wear them on the return leg .. It’s such a shame as they’re a perfect fit , very smart but for this amount of money I would’ve expected better quality
I won’t be buying again as I was sad to see the response to the other purchaser . She said she only wore them once too

The Chelsea trousers I ordered were to replace some I’d had for a number of years. I reordered because I was impressed with the quality of my first pair
Unfortunately the material of my new ones does not seem as good as my previous pair, however I have decided to keep them so I will see how they are before I order anything else

Quick delivery quality product thanks

I have been waiting 3,items in the last month and am still waiting for a refund on any of them. I keep being offered credit to purchase other items but I want my refund! Never again I am currently owed £500+ totally unacceptable!

I am waiting again for a refund. The first return I waited about 6 weeks and now on a separate item it’s been over 2weeks since I got an email saying it would take 7 days. Totally unacceptable and it appears to be happening to too many people.

I’m a new customer and am delighted with my new tshirt and jumper.
Worth the price for the quality, will order again from Saint and Sofia.

I received a T-shirt that has colour run. It was washed in accordance to the care label with 1 other new T-shirt from Saint and Sofia. Customer care have told me it was colour transfer from another item and it was not a fabric flaw. The only item it could have come from was the other T-shirt I bought from them. They are now not responding to further emails.
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 this is not satisfactory quality and that entitles me to a refund. I am not happy with the response I have received as I have bought the items in good faith that they will be fit for purpose: this includes satisfactory laundering of the products.
