Fraud!!
Fraud!!! I paid 100€for the entrance and visiting the tower. They sent me general tickets for 52€. Nobody reachable. Support doesn't answer! No reaction in the customer chat. “We’re currently offline” no response to my emails.
On top…finally one response- we aren’t sell
Tickets at the moment for the towers” but they took my money and you could buy the tickets in the website. Just lying and lying…don’t buy anything on this webpage
Answer: You can see cleary on the screenshot I sent to you that there was an option to buy a ticket for the normal entry and the towers. How else could I buy the ticket from them on their website? There was no answer from them for days. Our beautiful planned visit to the Sagrada was ruined for us.
At least 5 days you finally sent me the money back. Absolutely no go:-((

I had the worst relationship with this…
I had the worst relationship with this website, I purchased my ticket with them, and when I arrived at the Sagrada Familia entrance I was not allowed to enter because I was 15min late. I tried to get in contact with the website and they don't reply, I spend 3hrs waiting for an email or a response... so frustrating when they say that they have 24h support and you have no answer from them.
Be careful when you book your ticket on this website, make sure of your visit time!

We did not receive tickets after payment. Despite the claim of 24/7 service, we did not get a response to our inquiry on our tickets until the next day. Also, the time slots you could book tickets for on the website appeared to not be available. The next day we were offered tickets for a different time.

The purchased ticket is 11 euros more expensive than the official website. The most annoying thing is that the electronic admission ticket has not been received after the admission time. In the end, I was disappointed and gave up. I applied for a refund before sending the electronic admission ticket to us.

Sagrada Familia, wonderful but expensive.
Booked my visit to the Sagrada Familia in December 2022, it went fine with the booking site, but is too expensive, I’m from Rome and honestly I compare all the places I’m visiting around rhe world with Rome’s monuments prices.

I have bought two tickets some days ago and NEVER received any support (they say support is 24h 7 days but most of times when you write in the chat it says they are offline!)
I have never received my tickets via mail!
I've sent emails but no-one answered!
The only thing that they are able to do is taking money from your card!!!
