We have currently been waiting over 6 months for an order we made to be corrected. We bought 28 transformers from them, what was shipped were not transformers, not even remotely the same part. Voice mail was completely full when calling customer service. When emailed they are slow to respond. When trying to rectify the situation we were told we would need to re-purchase our order and when the incorrect items were return we would receive our refund.
It took 2 months to receive RMA paperwork, which then was useless as they did not fill in customs information correctly and the courier returned the package to us. They have yet to send new RMA paperwork or issue refund despite repeated attempts at contact. For every 5 emails sent chasing this matter we are lucky to receive one back.
Their warehouse sent the incorrect product and we have had to pay for the product twice over with no resolution. Avoid purchasing from them if you want any customer service or after sales care. We will certainly not be purchasing anymore from them.
4th and final order, end price too expensive after freight, market forces will dictate if they stay in business
just checked arrow, free freight parts turn out to be half the price! i am so stupid.
Sager electronics is a scam company. They stole 2.000€ from the company I worked for and I got fired.
I was given a website from a manufacturer of their trusted distributors. This site show price, availability, and lead time. Looked over all distributors and Sager did not have a tariff. Ended up buying the product from Sager and the payment went through. Then, two days later another $248 charge came through for Sager. Turns out they added shipping AND a Tariff (shipping charge was disclosed as a later charge). Seems that they know what they are doing to make sure that they get orders over their competitors who disclose tariffs in the checkout procedures.
Ordered parts from Sager Electronics but Shipping Charges were never disclosed. Next thing I know, they have shipped my order and charged an exorbitant amount for shipping without checking with me as to whether I agreed to the shipping charges. Very scammy, stay away.
Refuses to provide shipping quotes up front. It's all so they can bill you more for it. I do have to laugh at their responses too, "we are unable to provide them up front because..." really because they don't want to. As a small business owner I can tell you, providing shipping up front is the easiest part of setting up a business. The shipping companies want you to use them so they make it very simple. Sager is just trying to rip people off.
Ordered 2 LiFePhosphate batteries (PN PSL-BTC-1290) from Sager on August 16, 2022. Received 2 MuRata MGJ2D151505SC DC-DC isolators the following week. Called Sager to find their voice mailbox full! Sent email to customer service. After two days Sager sent RMA paperwork by email. Sager billed shipping and tax separate from shipping and tax. Sager billed tax at 7.511% when Invoice indicated 6.75%! Store credit was initially at 6,75%, had to email with images of invoice and credit invoice to illustrate error and act of negligence. Initially Sager did not provide shipping credit until I asked to speak with their corporate attorney. In my 40 years in industry (author, licensed professional, and inventor - 4 patents) I have never experienced such incompetence. I will never deal with Sager again. They can keep my $162.20.
I bought 4 small fans, could not get a shipping quote but figured it could not be that bad. $24 in fans cost $19 to ship. I am half tempted to refuse delivery and get a refund or a chargeback.
This place will not tell you tariffs or shipping at checkout. They like to surprise you with ridiculous fees after.
$30+ for 5 small dc power supplies….. $12 for 4 push button breakers. These people are thieves online.

I was waiting for a quote on shipping before approving an order and they made 4 different charges against my credit card totaling more than double the amount of the item I was interested in purchasing. They don't answer any emails or calls regarding web orders. I'm disputing the charges. Do not trust them. They are scammers.

I tried to get a rough estimate on the cost of shipping but they would not even give me any type of quote on the costs.

Total rip-off. They hide all of their fees until a couple days after the sale, and then will charge you again two days later. Purchased ~ $100 worth of product, got an additional bill for $42 later. Any price you see is going to have 40%+ added days after you have checked out.
Avoid like corona. Never again.
edit: a year later they've announced that it wasn't their intention to rip everyone off, it just accidentally happened that way. For several years. However, there has been some great news - they're going to look into it! An exciting development for their next customer, as for me... "fool me once".

Will sell your email adresss and rip you off on shipping.
Avalanche of spam from various US companies after buying a product from these people.
Also refused to answer emails about shipping costs and then charged me twice the price of the product to ship.
Avoid.
