There’s always a certain amount of concern buying products online. Particularly for large purchases like jewellery.
I chose SA Gems after reading a number of positive reviews. After choosing what I thought to be an excellent diamond (3 x excellent rating), I was contacted by Monil by phone, who advised that the diamond was more expensive due to its IGI rating, however he had chosen three larger stones which he thought I may be more happy with. I trusted his judgment and chose one of his recommended options.
Communication was awesome throughout the process and the ring arrived safe and sound. It is absolutely beautiful and I am thrilled with the quality, workmanship and appearance. Just spectacular.

I recently worked with S.A. Gems to design a custom engagement ring and the experience was excellent.

The team was so patient with me as I asked for quite a few changes to the CAD mock-up to get it exactly how I wanted it. They were really accommodating throughout the whole process. They were always open and quick to respond. The shipping to Australia was seamless.

My partner is absolutely over the moon with the final result. I never thought we could get such a high quality ring for the price. Highly recommend.

I sold my original mined engagement ring because I wanted to go up in size on my center stone for my 20th anniversary. I decided to go with Lab Grown because mined diamonds are loosing value and no longer worth the money spent. I chose a large diamond on the website. D color, VVSI clarity its near flauless and absolutely gorgeous and had them custom built me a ring. It's absolutely perfect, my dream ring! They are truly a great company to work with and highly recommend them.

LOVE LOVE my lab diamond ring from SA Gems!!! I own natural diamonds and Moissanite pieces too and love them, but my 5.36 carat emerald cut lab diamond from SA Gems is another level: very crisp facets, F color, VVS1 clarity and every bit as gorgeous as a natural diamond - but more so, because I got a better stone with higher clarity & color due to lower price of lab diamonds. Monil and Shrushti were very responsive and helpful during the process. SA Gems offered absolute BEST pricing (I do my research) with great customer service & high quality production (same as any good local jewelers or big brands). Ordered on Feb 25, rec’d ring on March 27, no glitches or mistakes. Setting is perfect (14k gold bezel). Already planning next piece from SA Gems!

Just bought a 2ct F color VVS2 lab diamond from SA
Gems and I'm honestly really impressed. They were transparent the whole time, answered all my questions, and didn't pressure me into anything. The diamond looks insane in person-super clean and sparkles like crazy. Came with the certificate exactly as described, and shipping was quick and smooth.
And the price was honestly crazy... I couldn't believe it but decided to go for it based off of a couple reddit reviews. Solid experience overall, l'd definitely recommend them. They are legit🙏🏻🙏🏻 When i asked jewelers how much they think i bought my lab for they said 3x what i actually bought it for so yeah this is the closest to wholesale price i think you could find👌🏻👌🏻

When I reached out, I was responded to immediately. They helped me find a great match for my ring with several options in lab created diamonds I needed for my ring. The shipping was fast and I am awaiting my beautiful ring. The quality of my diamonds are surreal.

The process was very straightforward. There were open lines of communication throughout the whole procedure. If I had a question, it was usually answered that day or first thing the day after. I recieved verified lab documents about the authenticity of the diamond and delivery was made within the time frame quoted. Very pleased with my purchase and plan to make future putlrchases.

Communication was great, but the reason for 4 stars; had to follow up on my arrival date as did not receive item when was told it would arrive.
Also promised a minor refund for inconvenience and have not seen it come back to me yet.
That said, item is beautiful.

From beginning to end, Monil was an excellent communicator. And delivered exactly the ring I wanted. The diamond and setting is exquisite.

I had a special request for the shape of the band which when I was sent photos of the ring I noticed they had ignored. They (or the courier - they keep blaming each other) put my shipping address in wrong so the package has still not been delivered - has been sitting in Sydney for a week now. It has now missed the due date and is no longer required. I am currently out of pocket for a ring or my money and I’m not impressed.

The final result is beautiful! Im beyond impressed with the beauty of this ring. I do however would have liked if the team had notified me of the design change before it was too late to make my selected diamond fit the design. They did also not engrave ny husbands name like it was planned, but I would buy from here again.

I LOVED working with this company. Not only was their inventory and pricing so good I was nervous it possibly wasn’t legit (it’s so legit lol) but their shipping was super fast and secure, they were on it with replying to emails with questions! Lastly they were able to source a stone for me that was actual perfection and exactly what I wanted. I enjoyed the whole process so much now I want two rocks for my engagement ring and I’ll only use this company to get my second stone. I LOVE them. I will be recommending them to everybody and I will be making a detailed Reddit post when my ring is complete to put them on blast for their amazing work. Honestly they’re a god send. I could not have done this engagement ring rock hunt without their help (unless I was willing to sell a kidney 😂). Just *chefs kiss.* 10 outta 10 recommend!
