Total scam

As with other people that have left feedback on sage London I too have had a very negative experience. I ordered 2 shirts, when they arrived they didn’t fit. I have been a size large for 30 years there is no way these were large. In addition the quality was poor. I requested to return these items but was met with resistance offering me other options instead but I opted for the return. I was given an address in china which cost me £20 shipping. The named person in china refused to accept the return and yesterday after 4 months in transit these 2 shirts have been returned back to me. In total I am out of pocket to the tune of almost £90. This operation is totally unethical and the people behind it should all be in jail

DO NOT buy from Sage London

The garment received from this company is so poorly made, and looks nothing like the photo. Numerous attempts to get a refund have result in no replies, I have also written to the registered UK address, next step Trading Standards. Save yourself the trouble, do not order from this fake business.

AVOID, scam

AVOID. The same as a lot of the facebook advertised ITEMS FROM COMPANIES CALED XXXXXXX LONDON, like herdman and williams london, and im sure many others. Just scam from China, and facebook is still allowing these fraudulent people to post misleadng adverts, conning people into purchasing what look like great producrts only to receive substandard and often different goods and a cist to return so expensive its pointless. These people need stopping.

Total deception

Total deception; from the advert, pictures, and name, you are under the impression that this is a London-based firm offering quality goods. When the items arrive, they are of very poor quality, and come from China. If you wish to return them, the cost is prohibitive (over £30 for two shirts), and you have to settle for their offer of a 25% refund if you keep the goods. Avoid like the plague! I really hope this site gets closed down without delay

Misleading, poor-quality product — not a UK brand at all

I ordered a coat from Sage London thinking it was a reputable UK-based brand. What arrived was a completely different item — cheap, flimsy, and tagged from a brand called “Alex Supply.” The quality is nowhere near what was shown in the images. The material is thin, unstructured, and absolutely not a coat — more like a piece of fabric.
It’s classic dropshipping disguised under a fake “London” brand to mislead customers. When I raised concerns, I was offered a partial refund or store credit — which I refused. Why would I want credit to shop again from a store I can’t trust?
They refused to cover return shipping even though the product was clearly misrepresented. I’ve now escalated this to HSBC and consumer protection authorities.
Avoid at all costs. If it looks too good to be true, it probably is.

Take your order and money and then disappear.

16/9

Received an e-mail from someone too frightened to give their details with numerous threats and swear words, really just sums up this company and the coward who sent it.

12/9 -
Finally received the parcel but the quality of the shirt is unbelievably bad, would not wear it to garden in let alone out and about, PLEASE don't get caught out buying this, very expensive, rubbish, all the so called good reviews MUST be made up.

2/9 - Sage just informed me that there 'express shipping' is up to 10 working days AFTER processing/packing, what a total con.

PLEASE be very careful, they take your money and then are impossible to contact, totally ignore all e-mails.
So called tracking system useless.

BEWARE!

I haven’t bought from here BUT the ad and returns policy are EXACTLY the same as Lisa and Lizzy (which is now advertising after 25 years as closing down!). I found the ad on Facebook, checked out their website to see if it was legitimate; it seemed so. However, you’ll buy the goods, the goods will be of poor quality (think less than SHEIN), you’ll try and return them, they’ll offer you up to a 30% discount to keep the goods for eco reasons. If you refuse then you’ll get the longest return address in China! I returned mine 6 weeks ago and it’s still sitting waiting to be assessed by customs.

I contacted my bank and was refunded the money.
