WORST TCG STORE

Very disappointing experience. I placed my order weeks ago and it still hasn’t shipped. Communication has been poor and there’s no clear explanation for the delay. I would not order from SAGA CONCEPT again.

SC Only Shipped Half of My Order and Will Not Respond to Emails or Refund Me

On December 26th, I ordered two Shadowverse Starter Decks since the prices seemed pretty reasonable. Shipping was 6.99. On January 2nd, I reached out requesting an estimate on when my items might ship. On the 5th, I received a response stating it should already be on its way to me through Amazon, and that he'd reach out to them to get more information for me "ASAP". This was the first and last email I received from Saga Concepts. On the 8th I sent an email asking if there was any update, since 3 days isn't "ASAP". I received no response.
Later that day, a package arrived from Amazon. ONE of the two Starter Decks was in the package. The other was nowhere to be found. I reached out again letting them know, and asking where the other one was. Still nothing.
I reached out on the 9th letting them know I'd be filing a dispute with my bank if I didn't hear back from them. Come the 11th, still nothing so I ended up filing said dispute.
Today is the 13th. Still no email from them, still haven't received the rest of my order.
In summary; there is an extreme lack of communication from the company, at least one of their employees (owner, maybe?) is a liar (stating they'd get back to me ASAP), and they apparently only send a portion of your order and think that's enough for them to keep all of your money, since they won't respond to a request for a refund or the rest of the order. I won't shop here again.
