5 star are not enough!

Felt so compelled to leave a good review I found his page organically. The perfect mix between personable and professional.

I had surgery after rupturing my ACL and meniscus. Told Seb I wanted to get back to playing football and he laid it out for me step by step, told me how hard it was going to be and gave me the blueprint to get there.
Seb pushed me really hard physically, but more importantly he offers a really great support mentally. Reminding you of the process and making it feel possible. He doesn't just talk the talk, he completes insane challenges himself (ultramarathons, pull up competitions etc.) which makes you feel motivated to get fitter and stronger.
If you love sports and competition, Seb is the man for you! I'm happy to say I completed my return to the pitch months ago and I owe it all to Seb.

Magic hands!!!

I had a very bad lower back pain and Sebastian sessions helped me right away :) I was pain free 2 days after our first session! He has definetely magic hands :) and super positive to help me back in shape and back to playing tennis :)
