I ordered an oil cream on the 3/7/2025 but never received an email confirming my order. I received dpd email later that day, informing me of my order to be delivered the next day between 10:40-11:40am. I received another notification email from the supposed dpd delivery company telling me my order has been delivered to my front porch with a picture of a different door somewhere which is not my front door. All i can say is that, this is a BIG scam company and please please avoid them like a plague.

Our order was never delivered and we did not receive a refund. We sent multiple messages via e-mail and the website, without any response.

Terrible service. No response to my request for a refund after receiving a garment that was very bad quality. They have ignored all emails and it has been weeks now.

No e-mail that order was received, no info about delivery day. Terrible quality and South Africa spelt totally wtong! Absolute junk and bad service!

My wife placed an order with the South African shop in the Netherlands on the 18th of October 2023 and we are very disappointed with the order.

Firstly it was incredibly delayed and secondly the quality is not what we expected. The size is way too big for us and nothing like what was advertised online.

As a result, we would like to return the clothes that were ordered and get a refund but we have not received any responses or feedback to the multiple emails that we have sent.

The lack of response is very concerning and making me feel as if we have been scammed. I hope this post at least gets us a response.

Products still have not arrived, what has arrived is bad quality and very different to photos and there is no response from this company.

This was the absolute worst ordering we have ever done in Europe. We had no correspondence with regards to when the order would arrive. No tracking number and waited 3 weeks for the order to arrive. Noting this is after the rugby World Cup. The tracksuit tops have arrived and they are terrible quality. The stitching is cheap and not a very good cotton. The arms and length of each of the tops are so obscured. We could send it back but I highly doubt we would get our money back as they would probably go missing in the mail. Such a waste at €130.

After posting the lack of service from SaffaShop.nl, on Trust Pilot, I eventually received my parcel.

The problem remains though: No calls from them to update. No address to follow up at. No telephone number to contact them. Lack of responses to emails.

All you get is a confirmation that the order has been received and that is it, in my case order number 6013

Suggest Safffshop.nl get their communication systems working better to prevent negative reviews.

Bought a Springbok jersey on 15 October. It is 3 November and the product has not even shipped yet. I have contacted them 2 times now, without any response. Quite sad to say that I don't think I'll support them again. Still waiting to see if I'll ever get my purchase.

I have emailed and asked numerous times when the delivery of my t shirt would take place. No one has gotten back to me nor have I received my t shirt. Poor communication. Don’t recommend this shop at all.

Never ever buy from this website people, there is absolutely NO SERVICE delivery from this so called Saffas shop, it has been two weeks and still no shipment has been delivered after they sent me an email stating it is with the Postal Services and will be delivered in 3-4 days......... It has been 6 days and counting........ If I can convince just one person not to buy from the Saffas Shop then atleast I have saved one person's money,

KEEP YOUR MONEY people and do not order any items from here, they ignore you flat out after your payment has been made!

Only reason im giving one star is there is no 0. Being ignored and no feedback over purchase made. They blocked me on messenger. Great South African way of doing business guys.

You wait 2 months plus for a fake china shirt you probably never will receive, nor a refund. I wouldn't suggest any purchases here at all. There is no feedback and no service. It's a disgrace.
At the least, one would expect communication and a refund.

I have paced a order for a rugby jersey more than 3 weeks ago, and still have not received it. This is a terrible company. After I questioned them on their Facebook page, I am blocked. I will not tolerate this unethical behavior.

I have not received the refund I have requested on numerous emails to them. They send me one email to say I will receive an email with details of my order. I did not receive this email. No further communication from their side. I have also not received my the order. So I have no rugby jersey or money refunded to me. Emails not answered. I have two unanswered chats on their website. This is really poor service. Will I receive my order as the jersey I purchased is no longer on the website. Will I receive my refund?

Ordered a rugbyshirt on 16/10, website shows since 19/10-“ parcel ready for dispatch”. Haven’t received anything yet, I sent a message on the website, also an email, and just not getting any response.

It's been more than a week and I have not yet received my order. Not even a tracking number or any delivery/shipping information. There is no response on the online chat bot. Emailing them has no response. I've created a service ticket and there I've received information which seems to be them stalling for time. Saying I will receive an email with delivery details soon and some BS about it being stuck at customs etc. I have not received any shipping details or tracking number of some sorts. Nothing.

Hello, I made an order two weeks ago and I still haven’t received the package. Would appreciate receiving it very soon.

Placed order for 2 South African rugby jerseys on 20 September for delivery 25 Sept. To date 22 October, we have not received anything or a refund. Received an email on 13 October to say order is ready for delivery. To date 22 Oct still nothing and no refund. Emailed them many times, all they say is... sorry there must be a problem with your order, apologies for the inconvenience....
There is no number to phone them. Have provided my mobile number for them to phone me but still nothing! Tried the chat bot, does not work. Payment gateway is ATFConsult, can't get hold of them either, based in Malta, Sandton & NL. Saffa Shop NL is a bunch of scammers! Do not buy anything from them. They should be reported to the authorities and closed down, that is if they even exist?
