Awful company to deal with. The software itself is great but the customer service is extremely lacking.
Paid for a few licenses upfront to familiarise ourself with the platform. Then when trying to add others they say we have to pay for everyone upfront as opposed to monthly. We simply cannot afford to do that but they won't budge.
