Not happy… ordered aaaages ago! Tried calling and emailing several times, no answer. Package finally turned up month and half later but only half of order has arrived!

Used to be great...
Ordered from here twice in the past no issues, great product.
However on the third time no delivery materialised.
Called about 30 times no answer. Emailed no answer.
Had to get my money back through charge back at the bank.. faff!
Seems the company has ceased trading when checking on companies House.
Big shame really, I loved this company!

No response from the company in respect to numerous contacts for information about delivery. Product arrived unexpectantly 3 months after the order

Great product
Great product, looks great, you get lots for your money and very friendly delivery driver. Only reason not 5 stars is I wasn't told when it was being delivered.

Good experience
Ordered some rubber chippings for my daughter’s play area.
The day after ordering they did say they were out of stock and would be delayed for about a week - that would have been helpful to have on the website before ordering - but they were helpful and did offer an alternative if I wished.
The customer service was good, prompt with emails and kept me up to date. Only had to wait a week extra which did not matter to me, so overall very good!

Terrible Customer Service
Tried numerous times to get in contact via email - not a single one was replied to.
Tried calling several times, and eventually got a returned call days later. The person I spoke to was out of the loop with my order.
Delivery wasn't picked up, and then I had a call from the logistics company saying they've been trying to deliver for days but don't have the address details.
So to improve:
1. Respond to Emails.
2. Call customers back.
3. Book deliveries with logistics firms who have space for it.
4. Provide delivery firm with customers delivery address details.
