Terrible stay away
I spent a lot of money nothing came! They take NO responsibility

Terrible experience I only tried to get the free seatbelt and they charged me for other things there is no number u can contact at all when you email they do not respond they also will trap u in a subscription to the point u have to get a new card. This is such a crappy website needs to be shut down immediately. They dont care about your dogs at all all they care about is their crappy money. Very dishonest untrustworthy people

This website is a scam. I ordered a leash and was charged for more than I ordered because they added things into my order that I did not click on. When checking out there is no where on the website stating that by placing an order you are also subscribing to a monthly charge of 49.95 on random dog stuff. There is no where on the website to cancel this subscription/membership and there is no working phone number to call in order to do so. Emailing them is difficult because they dont seem to respond to complaints or concerns. I have filed an FBI internet crime complaint in hopes to get this website shut down and I hope itll help others who have become victims of safepet.co

If I could give minus stars I would. Ordered a pet seat belt going on 3 weeks ago and all I get is product in pre shipping! Multiple emails to company and am told its left their facility but I can return it when I receive it. Come on! I'll never receive it and company refuses to refund my money. Worst company I've ever done business with. Crooks!

I wish I would have looked at all the reviews prior to making a purchase. I wanted to return 2 dog seat belts that I purchased and have not used because I can't get my dogs to sit in the back seat. They want to sit in the far back of my SUV. They requested pictures of the items before they would even initiate a return conversation. Then they explained how to return them but there will be a $4.95 restocking fee for each item and I have to pay return shipping etc...I will never buy from this company nor will I ever suggest somebody buy from this company. Horrible customer service.

SCAM. Don’t order anything from this bull**** company. I ordered over a month ago and was already charged- never got any shipping confirmation and convinced I will never receive my items. And to make things worse, their “support” team doesn’t respond to my emails and when they do it’s all lies.

This product sucks! Save your money. It didn’t fit in my seat belt slot and they wouldn’t return it even though it was unused. Customer service is subpar! Not worth the money.

A terrible website and because of this I do not remember actually placing the order. They had my account number so not only did they charge me for item, but charged me for a recurring subscription which I never saw on their website. They did credit the subscription. It took over a month to receive my supposed item. Returns are to be sent to China....pricey. They will not pay for return shipping. They said I turned down an offer which they did not even send to me. Had to involve my credit card and file a dispute. Will report this to the Better Business Bureau.

Total scam! Don’t trust this company. Ordered a “Free” seatbelt and was charged $10 for shipping plus another $10 for a brush I didn’t order. Tried to contact company to cancel order immediately after but no response from company through email. No phone number.

Wish I could give no stars. I ordered a dog car seatbelt and it came with other goodies, at this point everything is fine. Until they started charging my card for things I did not buy and send me realy cheap quality pet items. I never agreed to a subscription and I couldn't find an unsuscribe link or anything, so I've had to dispute the transaction and get a new card. Very sketchy and dishonest, seems like they try to trap customers into subscriptions without them knowing.

This "company" doesn't even deserve one star. I had to cancel my debit card, get my bank to dispute their charges. I clicked on their site and looked for a minute and realized it was probably a scam and closed it out. Somehow they got my card number and ran 3 charges through for about $100. DON'T EVEN CLICK ON THEIR SITE.

Scam. My well meaning spouse ordered a seatbelt from this company and they charged her card $40. Now I'm reading this is going to happen every month? I'm putting a block on her account right now, and contacting the better business bureau. I read their terms of service after the fact, but this doesn't apply to retail so I look forward to taking them down

I can not even begin to explain the rage I have for this company. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM! I didn't even mean to make a purchase, they didn't let me review my cart & immediately charged me for products I DID NOT WANT. They not only charged my card 3 times, they have NO phone number & do not respond to emails. I disputed my charges, got a new card with a new number, and the next month: $39.95 charged on my card. I canceled that card, got ANOTHER card, and this month I get another $39.95 on my card. I HAVE NO IDEA how they obtained access to my new cards, but this is completely A SCAM. FRAUDULENT COMPANY. DO NOTTTT EVEN CLICK THEIR WEBSITE, IT TRICKS YOU!

Unauthorized charges from them for nothing. They won’t answer phone or email.

Sorry about the one star but it wouldn't let me post without it but they don't even deserve one star. This is the biggest SCAM I have ever heard of. I placed an order on Dec.8th, on Dec 10, I got an email stating my order had been shipped and was on the way with a tracking number for USPS. I have been tracking it and it is still showing that it is in Singapore, China since Dec 13th, as of today Jan 7th it is still in the same place. They are using another company's phone number. They will not answer an email, they will not ship out the product. PLEASE don't waste your money thinking you are going to get anything but scammed by these people. They keep advertising on Facebook in order to draw in more people, These are horrible people to take advantage of people that trust them and order from them. I have posted on Facebook and sent email to all my contacts to let everyone know that this a only a SCAM so hopefully the people that see my post will not waste their money like I did. ( SCAM SCAM SCAM ) HORRIBLE PEOPLE !!!!

Terrible Customer service no one answers for days! There is no phone number you get put on monthly subscription that you never agree too and there’s no where to go to cancel it. Calling my bank tomorrow do not fall for their scams!!!!

Did not received my full order. still awaiting for a harness and a dog seat belt and leash which The Seat belt leash was to be Free.

My wife orders pet supplies online often and usually goes through reputable websites. When looking for car restraints she found what she wanted on Safe Pet. They billed us 39.95 on December 6 which slipped past me and then billed us again today for the same amount. I emailed my financial institution as the latest charge is pending and maybe we can block it.
The funny thing was a little over a week ago we received a package packed with some real crappy pet products that we never ordered and when we went to send it back it did not have a valid return address in it.
We cancelled my wife’s card and will probably take this to law enforcement.

Honestly I have yet to try this product. It looks very cheaply made, shipped from China, and took a month to arrive. Mind you, they removed money from my account on Nov 28th, didn't send a confirmation email until the 8th, and before all of this never confirmed my my shipping address on their page before taking the money. The company freely admits to not listing their business address or phone number which is clear why - they don't want to make it easy to get in touch with them. It takes upwards of 72 hours for a response via email, they do not do what you ask, and do not refund money when you specifically ask for the order to stop. Their website spams you with more junk to buy trying to scam more money out of you. Quite honestly I am terrified they will continue to take money from my account and watch it very closely. Again. The product is cheaply made and shipped from China. Save your money and go buy one in Petsmart or PetCo and see the product in person. I am reporting them to the Better Business Bureau.
