I have a S1 wallet that I bought on pay pal so didn't get a email with the order number so can not submit a support request. There is no other way to contact support. I need to update the firmware as the file is not compatible with ios or my windows computer!
I tried contacting sale via paypal and they would not help, the wallet is useless without an update. No live support either to help only a very poor bot.

Did not receive what was transferred to SafPal Wallet
I Just transferred 375.0000 Anita Max Winn to my Safe Pal Wallet. I received 0.375. I checked on Solana Scan, and it showed 375.000 Anita Max Winn was transferred to my Safe Pal Wallet. Why didn't I receive my 375.0000. I always transfer small amounts in case something goes wrong. It shows the error is Safe Pal. Please fix this.

A 5 star experience
I have been using safepal s1 pro for over 2 years now and I am really feeling safe about my crypto asset, not only hardware wallet is the best but also in app customer service support and I had an issue recently during a transaction (while using inbuilt swap function) which was guided properly and resolved immediately by the customer support.

Sent funds to the wrong address
I sent 2k tether to a SafePal swap module address by mistake, because it was on my history and I copied it unknowingly.
Liusen, Charles & Jack went far and beyond to help me recover them by tracing it and then contacting MEXC team and asking them to send it back.
They were very supportive along the process and made sure I don't feel left alone.
They were also very fast and I got my funds back in just a couple of days. not to mention it was a few days before the end of the year!

Despite using safepal everyday for a couple years, it's been a week that I swapped some ETHEREUM to usdt and they yet did not execute my swap, it had been a week the matter has been analyzed to the smallest detail and trx hash Order id receiving wallet sending wallet destination exchange you name it I gave them, I swapped 20 eth with 4 orders and I never got my equivalent to usdt. Funny that safepal blames MEXC their partner for swaps used in my case and MEXC blames SAFEPAL both of you should resolve this and expedite the process.

I did several transactions, receive, send and swap.
It was always fast, a few minutes only.
About 6 hours ago i did a swap of 0.20 BTC to SOL.
It is still transfered out.
I have send 4 hours ago 0.10 BTC from Safepal to exchange. Still pending.
Why today it is so slowly?
