TOTAL SCAM,DO NOT ORDER.EXACT SAME HAPPENED TO ME AS OTHERS,CHEAP NECKLACE DELIVERED,BUT NO CAR JACK.

ordered one of their car jacks, their trick was to put an undeliverable address on whatever package (likely tiny & not the jack), it thus got returned by Royal Mail.
Four emails later & no replies, I no longer expect to get a reply as its become obvious now these are scammers, utter human filth. If you have any religious beliefs, then may you forever rot in hell.
To all those decent human beings, DON'T BUY OFF THEM, you'll lose your money.

TOTAL SCAM: My parents brought the car jack not knowing it was a scam, on the tracking number said it was delivered on the 10/6/25. All they got was a tacky pair of cheap earrings. We have tried to get their money back but no response.

SafeLift PRO is a scam and a fraudulent seller. I ordered an automatic car jack on May 15th, 2025, but they delivered a necklace on May 29th. I have been contacting them since May 29th, but they have ignored me. I am letting people know about my experience so you don't fall for their scam and don't buy from them. If possible, I will post a screenshot of evidence. People around the world, please don't order from SafeLift PRO.

I placed an order with this company in may but when I eventually got a delivery it was a silver coloured ring will be getting in touch with amazon who were the courier and getting them to stop using them

I ordered an electric jack which was in a promotional offer in May this year, was later advised in June that item had been delivered. I have NOT received item . Three times I have emailed this company and have not had any response. I certainly at this moment in time would NOT recommend.

Fraudulent website, linked from Facebook. Item never arrived. Money refunded by my bank.
Always remember: Scam = Scum.

Absolute scam, ordered the item, waited and tracked the delivery, finally reached my house and instead of the car jack a small silver coloured bracelet was posted through the letter box. I've tried to get my money back five times without success, DO NOT TOUCH THIS COMPANY!!!!!

I got a cheap neckalce. Delivery also went to some obscure address but by name, someone recognised me. This is a SCAM!!!

I ordered a Safelift jack. The order number was 1611. It was supposedly delivered on the 24th May but never arrived. I have contacted customer support via their email but have received no response. It was supposedly left in the letter box. A car jack through a letterbox. I don't think so. Be very wary of this company.

Paid for this in good faith and never received! Even though they said it was delivered.However fallowing tracking after a long search a mystery envelope we had received with a kiddie’s bracelet in did contain the same tracking number The company has been contacted and waiting on a reply as yet. At present this looks to be an expensive scam!

Yep, I had the cheap bracelet too. AVOID.

Ordered a Safelift Pro and received a cheap crappy bracelet with a cross on it!
Tracking claims delivery was made, ignoring my emails.
I will be following this up with my card company, Facebook and Action Fraud.
