The guy on the phone was extremely pushy and quite rude. He claimed he was confused about why I would take his call in the first place if not to buy insurance being. I informed him that I agreed to the phone call because I wanted to know my options before agreeing to hand over my bank details. He claimed I was being defensive (very unprofessional) after I said I wanted to read the documents without agreeing to a start date or handing over my details. Which he then tried to pressurise me to read them whilst we were on the phone.

As a salesperson you are meant to be persuasive not pressurising. Absolutely horrific experience. I’ve blocked their number and have no interest in their services.

Great staff, friendly and personable. Radu made everything clear and helpful. He answered all my questions and I greatly appriciated his help.

I set up my policy with them earlier today and spoke to Radu, who explained everything perfectly. He kindly repeated anything I didn’t fully understand until it made sense to me. He was very polite, friendly, and extremely helpful throughout the whole process.

I was passed onto this company through the tenancy deposit scheme and they called me and when I answered the advisor was really pushing me to stay on the phone, i told him i couldn't take this call right now and he assured me it would be quick. I confirmed my details and he gave me a cost, I asked if i could think about it and discuss with my partner which he agreed he would send me a quote by email, but then he proceeded to try to set up my direct debit and when i refused he said that they would block me from getting insurance out for 90 days, and questioned why i would want to block myself and harm my rating. I felt like he was threatening me.

Working with you as an Insurance Specialist for the last three hours was an absolute blast. You bring a high level of expertise to the table, and you made the entire process feel easy by simplifying the complexities of different policies and coverage options.

The agent was really pushy. Practically forcing us to take the deal and start the insurance right now. Initially the call was very helpful. The guy explained everything and gave me all the necessary details. But by the end when I told him I need some time to discuss this with my partner, and I make a decision later and get back to him. He kept forcing to start immediately. Kept repeating the same thing multiple times. Asking me to explain myself. I don't see why I have to explain myself to him. Would've considered starting with the policy if he wouldn't have forced me to towards the end of the call.

I had an lovely call with Radu (sorry if i spelt it wrong), very professional and clear with his words, he helped me understand areas I wasn’t too sure about and made prices clear to me, very helpful :)

I had a very polite and professional phone call today of Radu at safe house insurance. Couldn’t ask for a more polite and understanding young man. Explained every bit of the policy I’ve taken out with the company in depth which was understood by myself. I recommend this young man when discussing policies and wish him all the best in his wonderful career.

Darren Y has been fantastic with dealing with our exceptional circumstances.
We had some bad luck with tenants pulling out from moving in last minute on numerous occasions, but Darren and Paymentshield were very accommodating and easy to work with, making the insurance aspect of the process pain free.
He was also willing to take many queries and feedback to us so we can make the best decision, which made all the difference with taking out the policy.

I was called back the same day I enquired, it was really easy to get sorted and it only took 15 minutes plus I saved some money without compromising on my cover.
Would highly recommend.

Excellent advice at the time of the quote and no pressure whilst discussions were being had. Once confirmed and proceed with the quote the reassurance provided by the adviser was superb and explanation of the contract was excellent and appreciated.
