The installation was pretty straight forward with us being consulted on placement of the base station and location of the motion detector and outside camera. The system is easy to arm and disarm and I can share the app with my family that frequently use our home. My only con is that only one camera is provided. We were told that replacement batteries for the window and door sensors are lifetime and replaced by Safe Home. I am a little unclear how or when this happens. So far our toaster has set off the fire alarm twice so I now know what to do when the alarm sounds. I took a minute or two for the call to come in from Safe home. I thought they would not call because I canceled the alarm, it was good that they called.

Adam was awesome. He’d actually been to our house once before and the timing wasn’t right. He’s very good at what he does. We’re very happy with the service we would recommend it to anybody. The door talks to us every time we open it take a little getting used to and I did have to use the emergency code one time All good

The two Specialists that helped us were outstanding. They answered all our questions.

They're overpriced. I pay $731.88 for a year. I didn't know I signed a contract for 5 years. That's a whopping $3,659,40 for 5 years. They don't allow you to ask for a lower monthly cost until your contract is nearly up. They completely messed up on my email address and sent the contract to a different email so I couldn't see what was in my contract. I'm fed up with this company. I can't even afford to cancel my account with them. I'm locked in to paying 90% of what's left in my contract which could mean another $3000!
***EDIT: I called the company and they were adamant that they could not change my payment amount, nor lower the amount I owe; but they did offer to send my contact to the correct email (eyeroll). Calling was of no use.

I can attest to the fact that when the system fails they are not willing to fix and make multiple excuses. I have spoken with 11 different people about my system which has been off line for about a month and they don’t have a technician to come out for another month or 2 and I’ve only had the system for a total of 3 months. The representative in the cancellation department actually growled at me. Another mail representative got upset because I told him I wasn’t willing to pull the system myself and risk damaging any equipment for them to try and make me liable.

The salesmen was incredible, I had recently disconnected my security system and never got to doing my homework on a new company. Harry stopped by and was not pushy at all, was actually very informative. He was speaking highly of his boss Mr. Brad and said he is trying to be just like him, which was another reason I should've installed your service, I was internally laughing. In all reality as a business owner, finding good associates is very difficult, he is a gem and please acknowledge this. He is well trained and seems to be highly experienced, I will recommend him to all my friends and family. Highly recommended!

The experience was top notch. There was a slight glitch with the video interview. I had to conduct the interview via phone. Once that was completed the installation went very well. The installers name was Eric. Top notch guy. Very knowledgeable. He resolved any issues that occurred and worked to accommodate our request. Again, top notch. Hopefully our experience during this contract. I would also like to mention Fabian. A professional that represented himself and convinced me to move forward with your product
