Win-win
Fabian, my salesperson, was great! He took time explaining all of the available options - very patient, and was happy to answer questions. The tech, Joe, installed everything. He was timely, efficient, and also answered my numerous questions.
All in all the process was a win-win and I would highly recommend them.

The door itself works wonderfully, though the voice feature when opening it takes a little getting used to. Adam provided absolutely awesome service! We're extremely happy with the service and would recommend him to anyone.

Very cordial customer representatives. What I didn't like was the fact that I felt we were deceived. We thought we were dealing with ADT. Was not aware that our names were provided through a marketing organization.

Safe Home’s representative delivered on everything he promised. That may not sound unusual unless you understand the amount of time and effort given to make our out-dated ADT system work with all new equipment, not least of which is a working camera doorbell that is useful and reliable. We could not be more pleased with our decision to upgrade and change from ADT to Safe Home. Highly recommend Safe Home’s updated equipment, installation, and performance of all the integrated technology into a simple to use system that just works as promised and expected.

Steve Ionescu was beyond fabulous. He let me know when he was coming, explained everything when he came, came back the next day and installed it -- and stayed until everything was working and I understood how to use the equipment. I couldn't be happier!
