installer arrived on time and was both experienced and personable. he explained what he was doing and took time to explain the system changes and put the app on my cellphone. we did the e=signatures but experienced a small problem at one point where it did not upload etc. He called your office person who did a great job asking me the questions etc. i am very impressed with the updated system and the new ability using the cellphone to view the system etc. i have had several alarm companies since 1992 when we moved here. due to mergers etc. we decided to switch because of price increases. glad i did.

What made our experience great was Miguel Carmona, our Safe Home Direct representative. While Miguel was very professional and knowledgeable about the products and services, he was personable and made my husband and me feel that he really cares for his customers.
Miguel was very thorough throughout the presentation; answered our questions with knowledge and ease. We were excited about the home security upgrade install that would take place later in the day. Our security installer, Fotu, was efficient, knowledgeable and very kind. Everything went off without a hitch!

it has only been one day since the service was installed so I have no complaints, It was perfect timing as my elderly Mother is now staying home permanently with plenty of help throughout the day and we can communicate by video chat as needed.

I've been looking for a new Security service for a while now. When the rep showed up I was very happy and plus his appearance was great and he spoke very kind words.

Salesperson and local installer were great. Sale was a bit rushed, but overall fine.
After the sale customer support is limited. Never actually able to speak to a human who could or would help. They may have 24 hour monitoring, but tech support is via phone messages and “support tickets” at their convenience, not the customers. If the installation technician had not given me his number I would have been sunk. He made extra effort and even he could not resolve one issue.
They also failed to inform me that the app you must download is not fully supported and I still had to call to have my personal alarm schedule changed. Not a fan, should have stayed with Vivint.

Everything was OK until they failed to set our door lock to UNLOCK the door! We found this out on Saturday when we couldn't unlock the door. Couldn't get hold of anyone until Monday. The tech came back and he had failed to set the code to unlock the door!
