Absolutely the worst

Absolutely the worst. I lost almost half my money on the first day. I was working with Liam and Adam, who were very convincing. I should have known, after asking them to explain my statement, which was very short of the money I sent them, I was told it is with them to finish purchasing the metals. They never purchased the metals and I never saw the money. Exquitiy Bank could not help, they told me I needed to work with Safeguard. I left repeated calls that were not returned. Safeguards Fake Office

I drove from San Diego to Safeguard’s supposed corporate headquarters in Woodland Hills just outside Los Angeles. It was a mail drop in a shared we work office. Safeguard is a con and the fake reviews on trustpilot are also a con.

Stay way from Safeguard Metals

We purchased silver and Gold with Safeguard Metals. They invested the majority of my money in silver coins and some gold coins. After a couple of months of them trying to sell me Crypto, I finally agreed,
and then they told me they will have their expert call me, no one did. I called them back a week later and left a message with no response. That was last month. 3 weeks ago the rep called me back he apologized, and he told me his company was changing their custodian. He said all of his clients had already done this and was surprised I didn't, he then sent me the forms to complete for the transfer and if I had any questions I should call, which I did, I have being calling him and his other contacts he provided me, and only get their voice mail, which I left messages including the main number. I reached out to other maintenance companies and they will only buy the coins for spot value, they said that Safeguard Metals mold coins using 99.999-grade silver and gold bouillon sell them. I was charged 25% higher than the spot price because they stated the coins were rear. Thus justifying the higher cost. They should be reported to the Federal Exchange Commission. Safeguard Metals and Equity Trust

Safeguard Metals, LLC is a "con," fronted by celebrities, in my case, Mr. Mark Levin. I put my "con"fidence in Mr. Levin and called Safeguard Metals. I was "sold" overpriced precious metals to place in a self directed IRA managed by Equity Trust of Westlake, Ohio. Equity Trust has a long history on collaborating with disreputable "investment groups," do an internet search. Initial statement from Equity Trust, last year, indicated all was well. First quarterly statement of 2021, 50% of my investment had "evaporated." The price of silver had not fallen 50%. I was fed convoluted explanation of the cost of fabricated bullion. I'm quite confident many investors are not award of their loss. Now am spending time chasing these crooks, if only to stop others from being harmed. It would seem that Trustpilot is being "conned" by Safeguard as well with all the positive review, something doesn't smell right.

Extremely poor customer service once…

Extremely poor customer service once precious metals are purchased. Phone calls are not returned. Valuation and inventory is not clear. Good luck trying to liquidate any metals — you’re stuck. I would never recommend this company. It’s very unprofessional, and bordering on shady.

This is NOT a company you can trust!!

This is NOT a company you can trust!!! I thought I could trust them and they talk a very good line - but that is all it is. They sold me silver and charged me more than twice the going price and STOLE my retirement. Needless to say - I am still working and may never be able to retire! They are nothing but CROOKS!!!

With COVID-19 decimating the economy

With COVID-19 decimating the economy, retirement planning seemed like an impossible dream. I spoke with Joseph. He was brilliant! He sorted out my entire issue over the phone. My IRA looks great, and I know my future is a safe one.

I had an existing Precious Metals IRA…

I had an existing Precious Metals IRA with a different Company, who rarely ever contacted me, and after learning about safeguard through a friend I was fortunate to be introduced to Alex Fisher. I explained what I had in my IRA and he explained my options, the best procedure for me & I felt I was in very professional care after dealing with Alex. He has walked me very carefully through the whole process of switching to Safeguard Metals .After my previous experience I am convinced that Alex and Safeguard are top of the Field.

My husband and I are extremely pleased with the quality of service we received from Safeguard Metals. Adam is our point of contact and he always takes the time out to answer our questions. The process took more time than expected and Adam was patient with us every step of the way. It feels good knowing we’ve established a way to protect our retirement and legacy. Highly recommend Safeguard.

I paid a visit to their corporate …

I paid a visit to their corporate office in Beverly Hills, Ca. to meet with the John the Portfolio manager. I was a little skeptical and I live in Houston and prefer to do business locally but was in California for my brothers wedding so I decided to pay them a visit. John M is a well known analyst globally and meeting him was a pleasure. The co-owner I met was 72 yrs old and very authentic well versed gentleman.

After this meeting they took me to dinner and showed me around town. John even brought his wife which I can always appreciate people letting you into their lives. All in all an fantastic company.

They got me the best deals on the coins that I wanted and everything was done transparently. I have also referred friends and family to them.

John calls me every so often to say hi and give me market updates. He encouraged me to sell some of my "rare" coins in which i made a nice profit. Now keep in mind I'm a simple farmer from Texas but I know when people are looking out for your best interest and I also know profit.

They have provided both!
