To provide some clarity on the shipment, our courier's GPS tracking and system records show the parcel was marked as delivered on 3rd September at 14:52, logged under the status "handed to resident."
Because delivery drivers occasionally leave items with adjacent neighbours or in secure outbuildings when this status is logged, we recommend checking these areas where possible. However, if the consignment cannot be found, we take discrepancies between courier records and actual receipts seriously and will look into this further on your behalf.

Very good service and product.

No discolouration at all & a pleasant smell at first. As yet no more silverfish have returned, thankfully, to that room. I have used the spray in other rooms too and so far so good!
