I started investing in notes through Safeguard Capital Partners in 2017. My note investments started off well, and Safeguard contacted me with recommendations for additional note investment opportunities. In total, I invested in ten notes. My experience with Safeguard was extremely stressful and costly. I liquidated my final note with Safeguard last year after multiple foreclosures and lost approximately $200,000. I have communicated with dozens of other Safeguard note investors that had similar experiences with Safeguard and lost a large amount of their investment. My recommendation is avoid investing through Safeguard Capital Partners.

Safeguard Capital Partners do not stand behind their note sales, nor help you in the event of an issue. I lost a considerable amount of money on 1 of the 2 notes that I purchased from them, and an error on their part caused it...primarily a lack of follow-up. They do not look after the notes they sell you nor act as a true servicer as the claim.
I would recommend you steer clear of this company.
