On completion, they receive a digital HACCP certificate that can be presented during Environmental Health Officer (EHO) inspections. Ireland's hospitality industry relies on diverse, multilingual teams. Safe Bites is fully available in four languages: English Spanish (Español) Portuguese (Português) Irish Gaelic (Gaeilge) Staff can complete the full course - including videos, games, and assessments - in their preferred language, removing a common barrier to effective food safety training in Irish kitchens.
