My neighbour has recently had her front door lock changed and the man that came to change the lock was called Stuart. He was so rude to her and made her feel very uncomfortable the whole time he was at her house, making rude jokes that women do NOT wish to hear. If you are looking for a locksmith for a person(particularly woman) that is on their own, this is not the company!

I am a landlord. I asked this company to replace a split spindle, non-urgent, (diagnosed by me from photograph) on failed uPVC lock. My estimate for this job was £110.
They attended, approximately 4 hours later, and replaced the door handle, (the actual fault) and charged me £77.
A real credit to themselves and the industry. Thank you.

Came and assessed the job, advised us of the work involved, and a price. After initial inspection decided a part needed replacement, and would order part.. on arrival of part, it transpired the part had been superceded by a more modern part that did not fit !.. so had to order another part at more expense. Not his fault !.. On receiving the new part, a new appointment was made. and the work was carried out quickly and efficiently. Cleaned up after work was completed....All very satisfactory.
Would recommend if asked.

Taken my money and not received good after several attempts to resolve the matter. Requested money back and still to date not received money.
Taken legal action.

Fantastic service. I called to get a door lock replaced and they were with me a few hours later. The job was completed quickly and professional.

We required a Locksmith with very short notice due to safety issues. Stuart really came through for us and managed to cheer us all up with his amazing stand-up routine.

The lock replaced in a flash and Stuart was absolutely lovely and helped us feel calm the whole time.

Stuart arrived at the time he said he would on both days. He did not charge me for diagnosing what work needed to be done. When he changed the lock, he made sure that everything was working exactly as it should. He was very polite, helpful & tidy as well as taking away the old items.

Stuart was really friendly and helpful. Came at late notice to change our locks upon moving house. We spoke about our windows also and he was able to get someone round the same afternoon to measure up so we can be quoted for some blown glazing units. The person doing our windows was also very friendly, informative and helpful in his suggestions too. Very impressed and definitely recommend.
