The experience booking our first…

The experience booking our first international trip/adventure was made super easy and personal with the help of Kim Abrahams. She has made tasks that seemed daunting very very easy. I felt like I was the only person she was helping at the time, even though I know she was planning for many people. She was quick to respond to emails, and willing to answer any and all questions. I really felt like a friend was helping me out. Highly recommend working with her if you can.
She was even answering emails at 1100 pm her time. Kim is awesome!!

Super star Mel

Mel our booking agent has been absolutely fantastic. Nothing has been too much trouble for her no matter what time of day & how big or small our enquiry has been. She was brilliant when having to relocate us from Kruger due to the flooding, it was seamless from our end.

Great experience planning our trip

We have just finished finalizing our trip with safari.com. Our agent was Nerine Du Plessis. She made our planning so easy. All our questions and concerns were answered in such a timely manner. We gave her our wishes and she came back to us with a very exciting itinerary. Now just have to wait until we get to do our safari.

What made our experience great was…our agent Lana Goodwin

What made our experience great was working with Lana Goodwin who is an exceptional travel consultant. Previously working with another travel company and dealing with her who planned our first African Safari, we tracked her down to Safari.com which gave us great confidence knowing we were with a tireless travel agent who strived to fulfil all our expectations.
The platform that safari.com use to connect and showcase the itinerary with accommodations, flights, activities etc is very well presented and easy to follow.
When it comes to the financial deposits the company is very accepting of time constraints imposed by our financial institutions investigating fraud safety measures to insure our security.

Frankly I am speechless in a very positive way

Frankly I am speechless, the 2nd time we booked a safari with the team of Safari.com was nothing short vs the first experience!
Anja Meyer again delivered an outstanding service, guiding us through multiple ideas across different countries before nailing it in Tansania!
I can wholeheartedly recommend Anja if you are interested in a safari in Southern Africa- we truly look forward to the time and thanks again for your support 👍

Last minute booking

We are living abroad in Australia, heading on a last minute trip to South Africa. We reached out to Safari.com and were allocated Nerine Du Plessis as our consultant. Nerine was so great in helping us to organise this trip with only 5 weeks until departure/arrival in South Africa. Nerine has been incredibly prompt in her responses, articulate in the requirements and easy to communicate with. So far, we can't fault our experience.
