Abdullah Saeed is the man to go to. He handled about 100 enquiries of me prior to booking I stressed him out lot with last minute changes but he never held back always supported my queries. I would highly recommend him to book through this agency. It was my first time booking through Safa Marwa.

My Umrah experience was truly unforgettable, and a huge part of that goes to my agent, Abdul Rehman, who delivered an excellent package from start to finish for the third consecutive tour.
From the very beginning, the flight arrangements were smooth and well-coordinated. Everything was clearly communicated, and there were no unnecessary delays or confusion, which made the journey stress-free and comfortable.
The hotel accommodations exceeded my expectations. Both in Makkah and Madinah, the locations were very convenient—close to the Haram—which made it easy to attend prayers regularly without hassle. The rooms were clean, well-maintained, and provided a peaceful environment to rest after long days of عبادah.
The ziyarah tours were also thoughtfully organized. Each visit was meaningful and well-paced, allowing us to fully absorb the historical and spiritual significance of the places without feeling rushed. The guidance provided during these visits added depth to the overall experience.
What stood out most was Abdul Rehman’s professionalism and dedication. He was always available to assist, quick to respond, and genuinely cared about ensuring that everything went smoothly for us.

From my first enquiry, Fahad took the time to understand my requests, budget, and limitations, and tailored an Umrah package that genuinely suited my needs. The pricing was honest, transparent and good value for money — I recommend his services without hesitation.

Every detail was thoughtfully planned, from airport pick-ups and arrival times to accommodation locations and tours. It was clear Fahad truly cared about ensuring a smooth and stress-free experience. Knowing we were in the hands of someone so thorough, thoughtful, and caring made a huge difference, especially as this was a sacred journey. He was also available during unsociable hours when needed due to travel and time differences.

One thing to note is that not all drivers or guides are fluent in English, so some patience (and a translation app) helps, though the service remained good overall.

would not recommened these at all please avoid booking from this company especially Abdul Rahman who works here he promised the best from the start kept changing our hotel until a day before we had to go Hotel in mecca was ok but the hotel in medina was apauling and so far from Masjib Nabwi and he promised he would pay for our taxi from there which he never also promised money back for taxi whilst there which he never I have all proof and will be talking all this further I wish I could give Zero stars not 1 Star

Please avoid at all cost if you want a peaceful umrah/hajj
