Great Service for an International Customer
I was very happy with the service provided by Cox the Saddler. Communication was good, my order was processed and shipped quickly, and my Barbour jacket arrived without issue in Canada. Big fan of the shop as I can order Barbour products at a much lower cost than buying from a local retailer.

Wonderful customer service, amazing prices.
Sara was very receptive and communicative, and quick to accommodate a change to my order. Not to mention the price for Barbour products is deeply discounted compared to what I'd pay in the U.S.
Will gladly order from this business again.

Phenomenal customer service
Phenomenal customer service. I had ordered a jacket in early September, but the imposition of US tariffs caused a snag in the shipment timeline as the Cox team worked to figure out shipments to the States. Sara stayed in regular contact with me, giving updates and answering my questions.

Barbour Bedale - brilliant shopping experience.
Recently purchased a Barbour Bedale and the experience was top-notch. I was unsure about the correct size of the jacket for me. Sara from the outlet was extremely helpful in understanding the measurements, fit and the right size.
The delivery and shipping was splendid and I received my jacket on the very next day.
