I ordered the Beadnell (waxed) jacket for my daughter for Christmas, and even though it was initially too small, the experience was fantastic. Sara responded quickly and helped me get the correct size with no hassle at all. The exchange was seamless, and shipping to the US was not an issue whatsoever. My daughter is beyond excited to finally wear it! I highly recommend Cox the Saddler—an absolute joy and a pleasure to do business with.

I want to share my incredible experience with Cox the Saddler. I ordered a Powell quilted Barbour jacket right in the busiest time of year, end of December, and I was almost suspicious with how low the pricing was. Worried it was too good to be true. Sara immediately reached out to confirm the sizing of my order - she was very personable and helpful and put my mind at ease. I was updated on the shipment tracking every step of the way from Royal Mail to my local USPS postman outside of Boston. The jacket arrived about a week after I ordered it, exactly as expected, the look and fit was exactly how I hoped. Cox the Saddler's packaging was high quality, and I love the jacket. I told my family about the experience and how Sara from Cox the Saddler was a dream to work with. I'm now looking at their other Barbour offerings to buy for my wife.

Rescued Christmas by sending out a Barbour jacket very quickly and to Christmas - had been let down by a high end retailer sending out a very faulty wax jacket but Cox the Saddler weren't to know this.
